Louis was amazing. He mentioned dealer fees up front, which I appreciate, no other dealer I've ever worked with has ever done that. The buying process was also the fastest I've been through. It generally takes hours! Not here.

I was recently a customer Saturday November 26th 2022. I called in and schedule an appointment to view the Lincoln MKZ and realized it really wasn’t the car I desired. My sales associate Rodney Nelson was absolutely fantastic with recommending other vehicles that I may be interested in within what I wanted to spend. Providing me with the needed insight to make a sound decision in the car purchase. He was patient and attentive, answered all questions I had. He also gave insight on things I may not have known to ask and as a woman I truly appreciated that. Now, I’m rating my overall experience a 4.5 and not a 5 because after sitting a few minutes with the finance manager/officer in room 9. This experience was subpar to say the lease, I came with a pre approval of 7.5% and he continued to push 11.9%. I will it at leave that. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth over this and even purchasing any car from here. I recommend this person try to meet the customer need first, company and then his own. The only reason I didn’t leave was because of the service Rodney provided. I would also like to recognize Louis Whatts the second finance manager/officer is encountered, topnotch professional! Understood my needs and came to me with a better offer than I had 5.4% there wasn’t any long drawn out process. Great conversation and very personable. Everyone from the greeter to Rodney from insurance grade A. To the GM take care of the people that take care of your customers, it’s about building relationships. That one hiccup could have cost a life long customer that referred other customers. Thank you Rodney and Louis for assisting me in the purchase of my new KIA, I will consider returning to purchase the Macan.

Niazie was the salesman assigned to me when I came in the door. He was genuine and very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. He never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want, which was nice. I found a car at a different location that I liked and within 48 hours they got the car for me to drive. Niazie really communicated well as I waited for the car and even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy with the car. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience and Niazie's service, he definitely went above and beyond for me, so I would gladly do business with this dealer again in the future. Shaney was also great to work with he was the finance manager and he stayed beyond closing time just to ensure I had every detail in the paperwork explained to me. I will recommend Hgreg to family and friends I will be sure to tell them to see Naizie when they come in. Thank you all for a great experience!
