I had an excellent experience with HGreg dealership in Orlando. Rodney did all the right things- he was polite, well-spoken, respectful, listened to me about what was important in making this decision, but what was really amazing is that he understood that he also needed to understand the emotional component of buying a car. I loved my old car, which I bought 11 years ago. I really felt like HGreg supported their teammates too, from Rodney to the credit team to the auto insurance team, all working together in an upbeat positive way to make the buying experience the best it can be. Well done to the Orlando team at HGreg.

Sean was very helpful with his recommendations on different vehicles that would meet our needs while trying to stay within our budget. He was very patient and did a ton of running around looking for different vehicles to let us test drive.

the saleman was very polite and respectful. i did not like the $2700 dealer fees. i believed is outrage. To push into taking a protection package is also outrage, should not be mandatory.

i bought a 2020 toyota camry with 14k miles on it back in oct 2021. within one week 3 out of 4 tires blew out. tire shop said tires were from 2013. a few months later my front bumper starts hanging on the right side where it meets with the fender. took it to toyota to get it fixed and it turns out the vehicle was in a accident before i bought it and the car was a total loss. and because of that my radar cruise and pre collision system don’t work when driving on the highway because there is sensors in the bumper that don’t work properly from the bumper flying around. they never said anything about this. then my steering wheel starts rubbing the steering column. took it back to toyota and the airbag was replaced improperly causing that to happen. and my headlights don’t sit right and when i’m driving at night a message comes up on the dash that says “headlight system malfunction”. my vehicle will never be right again because of the improper repairs. and on top of all of that all the panel gaps on the front end are very off. i could sit here and type for days about all of the horrible things that this dealership has done. NEVER buy a car here

I tried buying a car from these people to no avail. I called them 13 time, texted them 4 and emailed them 8 times trying to buy a car at the price they listed, no one every returned my inquiries. It was a 2019 Lincoln Continental Black Label AWD stock # 123314. After 8 days of trying to get ahold of them I finally demanded to talk to a manger. Two days later a manger called me. He said he would help me, he said he looked up the car and it was in the Bodyshop, he did not know why. He said he would look into i and call me back, well you guessed it... I never received a call back, that was more than 10 days ago and four more calls from me. I have since bought a 2019 Lincoln Continental Black Label AWD from Eastern Automotive... they were a complete joy to work with, it took less than 8 hours from start to finish with them and a nicer Continental for less money..... I cannot imagine how bad the "After the Sale" service would have been when the totally suck when you are trying to buy a car from them at their full price. Horrible dealer!!!!
