TERRIBLE dealership. They didn't return calls. They add $1600 (!) to their paperwork (all dealer fees and such, NOT taxes and title). I completed the online trade-in valuation, which did NOTHING - all they are doing is getting your e-mail and phone number, and they don't give you an evaluation. When I did finally talk to them, they offered me $6,000+ less than CarMax and another dealership!!! I looked at cars similar to my trade-in, within 150 miles, and HGreg was offering me $11,000 below the lowest sale price that I could find. Cheats!

Our associate was very nice and helpful. He helped me look for a vehicle and gave me great feedback, I would recommend his help if you visit this dealership.

Once you get buy the fact that used cars right now are 30-40% over priced, there is more. If you decide to purchase a used vehicle from this place make sure you have $70 to fill up the gas tank, because they will sell it to you with an empty tank, that is their policy. The gas light went on as I got on the 528 driving home. Evidently this is their policy. And secondly, they don’t even offer you a bottle water while you wait for hours. Never again
