This was our first time purchasing a vehicle through Hgreg after MONTHS of shopping around. I wish we had come here and met Sean first. I cant say enough positive things about him. He was so communicative and understanding ( we arrived late because of I4 traffic), knowledgeable, transparent, and just generally down to earth! He made this such an ENJOYABLE experience from start to finish. He was the best of all worlds, great personality, friendly, not pushy, very helpful, genuine, and thorough. There was not a single question that he couldn't answer, and we asked a ton. I wish every experience was like this. Please come to Hgreg Orlando and ask for Sean!

Dieune was horrible and incompetent. After I returned the piece of junk they sold me and politely declined to buy anything else(since I didn't trust them); Dieune proceeded to tell me how it was a busy day for him and I was taking up his time. Nevermind that I requested the return and refund at least 2 hours before and kept insisting while the GSM Vince and him kept trying to sell me something else. They apparently never once considered my time. After explaining myself for too many times to count, I finally got to the return process. Upon inquiring about some questionable refund policies and receiving no clear explanation from Dieune or the General Manager. They both left me sitting with no help for another 30 minutes. Once they saw I was not going to be their fool for a second time and buy garbage for thousands of dollars, they both completely ignored me(disposable). The GM stood across the room facing my direction chatting and laughing with coworkers, and Dieune apparently moved on to the next victim. I finally got out of there after about 3 hours by requesting help from someone else(explaining everything again). This was an unnecessarily frustrating ordeal that wasted my entire afternoon. The whole process from beginning to end with HGreg was a complete waste of time.

Evan Claudio is such a sweet soul also very fun and super super nice!!!! Made us feel so welcome and extremely patient ,Helped my grandma get a car , and truly have great advise ! This guy is awesome ! Everyone at Hgreg so sweet and kind ! Great car experience
