Salesman was nice but when it was time to close the deal

Salesman was nice but when it was time to close the deal 5600 dollars in extra fees occurred. This was not the typical doc, tax, tags etc. These fees were upkeep fees, car improvement fees, GPS mandatory fees. I was also told that without using their financing company it's a 10 percent uncharge. Very rude young manager who clearly has a relative in the business running the shop. I believe their cars are good quality but if you think your getting a good price your sadly mistaken.

Stay far away for this dealership!

Stay far away for this dealership!!!! They are the worst in NJ. I had a text message on a price of a used car on their lot from one of their salesman that clearly stated the vehicles price and they were fully transparent and no hidden fees. Boy, was i scammed. They added $4,000 to that price when i showed up and refused to honor the price I had in our text messages. They are scammers. I warned you and just looking out for my fellow car shoppers. Shop elsewhere.

This dealership gives you a price online then adds on 5k

This dealership gives you a price online then adds on 5k of fees and will not breakdown the fees. Then if we use their bank they charge high rates for excellent credit. They are not professional and honest.

NEGATIVE TEN STARS — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS

NEGATIVE TEN STARS — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP! THIS ENTIRE PLACE IS BEYOND SHADY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! This dealership will do whatever they can to hide fees in every line item to make back the money they agree to take off during negotiations. Unfortunately I didn’t look at reviews prior to driving two hrs from Westchester county NY down to pick up a ‘23 bmw convertible— a vehicle we negotiated and confirmed price on the phone and were told we would be in/out after running final numbers and signatures. Upon arrival (after a test drive) we began with negotiations like we never made a deal. After reminding our sales rep Larry of what we discussed on phone — cutting dealer fee in half and removing all of the prep fee — he finally agreed (yet he did have to confirm with manager for 30 mins to make this happen). We then approached the next round of negotiations. There were a couple issues with the car - it had a weird shake when idle, the sports button was stuck from a soft drink spill, and the vehicle only came with one key. All costs likely exceeded $1k but we negotiated another $500 off. During negotiation, the sales rep took our deposit check to the back room and never came back with it. Yet another tactic to make us feel inferior. We were approached by one manager who wasn’t willing to take any money off car. We decided to walk but while leaving the other manager agreed so we sat back down to do all the paperwork. However important to note, there were so many other red flags: 1.During the negotiation process, they raised the dealer fee in two different quotes and when we flagged this they said they misspoke (it had gone from $1,995 to $2,995). Again another way to make more $. 2. The sales rep shared in the initial convo on phone and again in person that LoJack fee was part of $2995 fee. While in person the sales rep Larry wrote it down as $2,995= dealer fee + LoJack. The plus sign was used at the end as another scam tactic to sneak in a $895 fee. Despite the fact that the LoJack fee was represented as being a part of the dealer fee figure, while in the final stages of signatures, it appeared as separate line item of $895. It was explained this figure would be added (hence the + sign) all along. Why wasn’t this dollar figure separated out in any of the line items from all quotes shared? Because It was another shady way for them to get more money added back at the end. 3. They hid charges and sprinkled in a couple hundred dollars in each of the other line items in this final stage of signatures eg increased sales price, registration fees increased etc. If you ever are so unlucky to find yourself stumble upon this dealership, I would strongly advise you to turn the other way and run!! For anyone willing to take a risk, make sure you finalize all costs line by line at both the beginning and again at the end. The only reason we went to this dealer in the first place was due to a unique color (grey/red) for a convertible that was not available elsewhere. We left obviously without the car but worse with so many emotions and a loss of trust. Once you catch on to their shady actions, they encourage you to walk out with zero remorse. On a positive note, we stopped at Cuzins seafood restaurant and had one of the best New England lobster rolls — right down street in New Brunswick. Hopefully this review helps others avoid a terrible day of so many negative emotions - all that comes with being scammed. Best of luck in your car search:)

First off most of there good reviews are fake if you look

First off most of there good reviews are fake if you look most of them are make on the same days. They bait and switch you with there prices They add on 6k of ridiculous fees. Then they say you must finance with them. Most auction cars that are junk. And on top of that Larry the sales person and the manger are very nasty and honestly not very bright.

Buyer beware of confusing and annoying sales tactics.

Buyer beware of confusing and annoying sales tactics. Sales person slow walked our experience. Documentation was much higher than other dealers. Was quoted $770. We purchased a similar vehicle at another dealer and the doc fee was $499. Title and transfer fee was also high. They wanted $220. Should not have been higher than $150. They also wanted to include the title and transfer fee into the taxable amount. This is not legal in NJ. They also wanted to add 5% to the purchase price for a full cash offer. I have never had a dealer try that before. Lastly, they did not properly account for the trade in value on the taxable amount of the purchase. If you are doing a trade in they can only tax you on the list price + documentation, minus the trade in value. For example, if the list price was $10, the documentation fee $2, and the trade in value was $3. The taxable amount would be $9. $10+$2-$3.
