Got the car on a Friday evening and was surprised how peaceful it was inside. No chaos, no one rushing around. The office had comfy chairs, real coffee (like, actually good), and the staff looked professional. Everything was neat.

Absolutely terrible place to buy a car. Drove my car off the lot and the brakes were shot. Was told oh well. Tons of hidden fees. This place is total trash

terrible place, we spent 1.30 hours one way, half a day wasted! Don't even think about going there. The manager on the phone was polite and nice, he also told me about possible discounts. When we arrived at the car dealership, the managers tried to be as friendly as possible, but from the first minutes I felt pressure that they did not want to let me go without buying a car from them. But when I asked how much the car would cost, with all the fees, no one could answer, everyone avoided answering about their fee, they said that if I was ready for a deal, then they would calculate, in the end I said that I was ready to buy, but I needed to compare with another car dealership before buying and could they calculate how much the total cost would be with all expenses, for a car for $ 28,900. After waiting, the manager came and said that the car with all the fees would cost about $ 48,000. which undoubtedly shocked me, also during the test drive of the car I felt that it had problems with the chassis. This place is created to deceive people.

They are no good when my credit three times without my permission when I didn’t go to finance with them, they try to charge me more money for the vehicle. They promise you things just to get your money your deposit now I gotta wait for my deposit. I will not buy from them.

This dealer is particularly deceptive and misleading. Every vehicle has hidden fees associated and they refuse to honor the advertised price. That might be bad enough, but the added costs are a secret. They vary by vehicle and the sales people aren't even privy to what the additional fees are. I viewed a vehicle online, and talked to 2 sales reps. After all of that communication, I was still unable to attain the total cost of the vehicle i inquired about. The 2nd salesman was belligerent and highly unprofessional. I would seriously suggest avoiding these folks. They aren't ethical, and if my experience was any indicator, integrity isn't on the menu either.

Horrible dealer I made an appointment to look at a car and they raised the price 2 days before my appointment and when i called the nasty lady on the phone said well the Spring is coming and we cannot honor and price you might of been given via a email or phone agreement!!!

Never, never but never you do business with this dealer, the most unethical and dishonest dealer that I ever did business in my life. they have no problems faking your signature and you end up paying doble or triple for your car. get away from this people
