At other places, it always starts with “let’s calculate

At other places, it always starts with “let’s calculate financing,” but here they asked once if I was looking for it, and that was it - no pressure if you’re not interested. That says a lot.

Long story short - I left with the car of my dreams.

Long story short - I left with the car of my dreams. I’d looked elsewhere, but either prices were inflated or the condition was sketchy. Here it was obvious: no flood damage, no wrecks. Picked up a Camry and couldn’t be happier.

AUTO HUB is the kind of place where you don’t feel like a sales target. You’re on the same wavelength. No pressure, no “buy now or price goes up.” Chill and friendly. They even offered coffee while they ran the VIN check. Small things, but the vibe is totally different.

We visited four dealerships with my husband, and only here did they avoid pushing us toward “this slightly more expensive one.” They helped us find exactly the configuration we wanted - no games.

Beware of deceptive tactics!

Beware of deceptive tactics! i went there to buy the 2025 BLUE Trax that was advertised for $22,995. The manager added $1000 to the price because it was BLUE. The ad already covered the color in the $22,995. BAIT AND SWITCH. LIARS. I talked to a lawyer the next day who told me the dealership's unscrupulous tactics allows me to cancel the deal and return their car which i did. Manager will smile while lying to you. Salesman Pedro Diaz lied to me too. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!

I called around a lot before going in.

I called around a lot before going in. On the phone they explained everything clearly, didn’t hide a thing. When I arrived, the car was exactly as shown in the photos. It’s nice not to be treated like a fool.

I liked that the showroom wasn’t flashy.

I liked that the showroom wasn’t flashy. Clean, cozy, no screaming ads or shiny banners. Everything felt purposeful, like a good shop for regulars. I picked a car quickly, and no one hovered over me.

There was a salesman there - calm, no ego, just talked

There was a salesman there - calm, no ego, just talked to me like a human being. I asked, “Would you buy this car yourself?” and he answered honestly. No sugarcoating. That’s when I knew I was in the right place.

Just normal people.

Just normal people. I don’t really know cars, so I was nervous. But no one tried to hustle me. They explained everything, showed everything, even put the car on a lift when I asked. Respect.
