Absolutely a terrible establishment! I bought a car from here around two months ago! my 23,000 car turned into 29,000. (BECAUSE OF FEES that they did to prepare the car for sale). I was told after buying the car a week later they did not have the inspection report. HERES WHY Well let me tell you about that one, a couple days after I bought the car it said I needed an oil change, and it would shake at highway speeds. I took it to a dealership, the roaders were warped at a dangerous level, carbon air filter filthy, break pads basically gone, break fluid empty.... So for a brand new car, I spent 1,500 in repairs. After a lot of fighting and a very unpleasant phone call with the manager, whom was speaking down to me the entire time, I was told I would be reimbursed 300 dollars of it, that there would be a check in the mail. Guess what a month later no check..... When they were spoken to about reimbursement their response was I had to give them the first shot at fixing it(WHY WOULD I TRUST). NO ONE SHOULD TRUST THIS PLACE. To top it all off, they failed to provide me with my title, and are holding up the registration and not releasing my plates from my trade in! So now with a temporary registration expired I cannot register the car and or drive it! NEVER GO HERE! THEY ARE CROOKS!

I was honestly very pleasantly impressed by how equally they treat women here. No condescension, no smirks. They calmly answered all my “dumb” questions and even helped me understand the technical stuff. I’ve never felt that comfortable in other dealerships.

AUTO HUB turned out to be a great find. At first, I just came to browse, but the atmosphere and the quality cars convinced me to stay. Ended up with a Kia Sportage I’d been dreaming of. Clean, well-maintained, full history. Fast paperwork and clear explanations.

No one’s ever explained a car’s history to me in so much detail. Every little thing was covered. Other places just hand you the keys and a price. Here, the manager walked me through each feature. This wasn’t just a sale - it felt like they actually cared.

You walk in, and it’s obvious why they have so many good reviews. Everything’s efficient and quiet. Just good people doing their job right. Wish there were more places like this.

Fantastic dealership. Everything was top-notch - from the greeting to the paperwork. Cars were in perfect shape, and the staff was polite and never pushy. Smooth and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely recommend them.

The way I was welcomed here really stood out. No strange attitude, no fake smiles. At other places, I felt interrogated. Here, it was easy, even fun. They offered water, gave me time to think. I felt genuinely important.

While signing the paperwork, the manager showed me all the financing options and even printed a bank comparison chart. I knew exactly what I was paying for. That’s rare - other places just show you the final number.

A friend told me they had a great reputation. When I visited, I saw why. The cars were well-kept, obviously handpicked. I got an Acura MDX. The manager was super respectful, explained everything without trying to just “sell.” That kind of service is rare.

First time I saw cars that actually matched the online photos. Other dealers would say, “oh, that one’s gone” or “different trim,” but not here. Everything was legit. Even the showroom smelled clean.
