Rattle in back suspension turned out to be rear
Rattle in back suspension turned out to be rear self-leveling shock insulator and locking nut. This is a known 'service bulletin' issue. Parts needed to be ordered (kind of surprised since it is a known issue they were not in stock). Issue remains unresolved and will be returning for a 3rd visit next week. I will be asking for a loaner as this service is 2 plus hours and quite inconvenient with my work schedule. I despise the number of emails I receive asking me to rate the service I receive as well as being asked to fill them out. I love having the overnight drop box, just wish I dropped my keys inside a slot in a door instead of the drop box on the sidewalk. This doesn't feel as secure as I think it could be. Darren answered all my questions about the brake pads and confirmed for me that I can hold off a few more months before replacing them.

Very fast and friendly! Our rep did not try to upsell us or tell us we needed any additional work that wasn't absolutely necessary. They even washed and waxed the car for us! My father worked in the service center for a major auto company for years. I grew up in the service area and at a dealership, so I'm very familiar with how things work in that environment. Coastal Kia goes above and beyond what is expected every time we come in. I am always impressed any time we need to bring our Kia in. Sam is amazing to work with. He's fast, friendly, and stops to explain any questions that you have no matter how many or how small. Everyone you meet at the dealership is always friendly and will say hi to you and see if you need anything. Coastal Kia makes you feel like family!

After having the appointment scheduled due to the part having a defect from the supplier the first time, the part was supposed to be reordered and installed at this visit. Still, unfortunately, the replacement part was not available.

Pleasant waiting area, quick service, able to evaluate new products. Cleared all recalls, got state inspection. Emissions check was not required in my county but they apparently did one anyway.
