Tom Roush Lincoln

This is my 1st time as a Lincoln owner, and the service was great! Recall, oil change, dent removed, and new FOB purchased. Delivered a courtesy vehicle to my house and kept my car for the day to get all done. The parts for the recall were possibly on back order I was told when I set up the appt but they were able to get them in so I did not have to come back. Little car ding was removed and I cannot tell where it was. Definitely more accommodating than most dealership service centers.

Fair easy ok great good twenty five words is too many I don’t want to write a book. This review thing is the only thing I don’t appreciate

Our reception started off a little bumpy, it was our first time . When we arrived at the service door their was a empty car parked in front of the door to the left. I didn’t know if I should pull behind it, my husband said pull to the right, then the door opened, an impatient person signaled us in. Morgan that dealt with us made it all better. She was excellent in every way.
