We recently purchased a new car from Lexus of Austin, and could not have been happier with the experience. The Sales person provided us excellent information on various models, patiently answered all of our questions, and presented very fair pricing. When we picked up the car, both the Sales person and technical specialist walked us through all of the details of the cars functions, and made all necessary cell and wi-fi connections. We love the car, and were extremely happy with the entire purchase and delivery process.

Laurie was an extremely friendly and attentive concierge. The purchasing process was quick, the vehicle was expertly shown, and everything in the buying process was put in front of us succinctly by Joe Ward(no sneaky markups!). Clifford Jacobus in finance was extremely well organized and very detailed with the numbers. The delivery attendant(whose name I can’t remember unfortunately) was excellent in explaining the various details and initial configuration of the vehicle.
