Great service provided for my purchasing Lexus NX

Great experience all around. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them again. Marco, my salesman stayed late on more than one occasion to accommodate my work schedule.

Good cars, Bad customer service

I bought my car from Marco about two weeks ago, the first day I drove it off the lot the dashboard lit up with "check oil" "check tire pressure". Marco told me to ask him if I have any questions when I bought the car yet he has ignored my messages, and hasn't been available. I feel like I bothered him by even buying the car from him, the other agents were kind to me when I brought the car in and helped me out. The oil light is still on and Im still waiting to hear back when I should bring the car in to not bother Marco (at his job).

Fast and efficient service

Fast and efficient service! I just drop by to check for new NX350 … surprisingly i just bought a new one for less than 4 hrs procurement process was done!!! Staff are approachable and willing to help! So far im enjoying my new car …

I have worked with our salesperson Paul Sakahara for many years now. This is not my first Lexus. Paul is straight-forward, knowledgeable and instructive. The Lexus vehicle is of the finest quality and the related service is friendly and easy to access. We are devoted Lexus customers.

Worst dealership service in Texas

I would not even give them one star but there wasn’t anything lower. Worst experience ever. Had to call multiple times for updates and when to expect the repair would be completed. Did not get a call back until the next day and then was told it might even be another day. Once the car was complete, it was returned filthy. I was told they could not wash the windshield which was fine but the inside of the car was filthy along wIth hand prints and dirty smudges. A protecive paper liner was not used on the floor boards leaving the carpet filthy. When my husband called back to complain about the car he was told they use a third party. This is not the customers problem. We paid the Lexus dealership therefore it is the responsibility of the dealership to return the car the same condition as the customer left it. I will never use this dealership again and warn all my friends that own Lexus not to use is dealership.

Brian is the best!

Brian Erickson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. The trade-in/purchase was quick and easy. Jenny instructed me on all the technology features that were new. Great overall experience.
