I worked with Steve Rieker for the purchase of my Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend. communications via phone, e-mail and text were never ignored. I never felt left by the wayside. He kept me updated with information on a purchase that I wanted and got me into my new Bronco within the deadline that I had given him. I am very pleased with the instruction and explanations on all working features in the vehicle. I felt very confident driving off the lot with my new vehicle. The finance department was very informative and got me my loan immediately. Whenever I called Ford East Hanover, NJ all staff were very pleasant and helpful. I am very pleased with my new Bronco. My new Ford RV broke down on it's first trip. Ford performance center repaired the 1 problem immediately, so I could get it back right away. They have also ordered the other part and will contact me when it comes in. They did an outstanding job!

I scheduled a routine service with tire rotation and was given a "wait" time which was spot on. Tyler was the service representative and was great on the receiving process and in providing updates throughout. Tyler also helped with some other items that were not part of the scheduled service. Overall, above and beyond expectations.
