The service department is great.

The service department is great. They are friendly and super helpful. They let me know every step of the way what is going on. I go back for oil changes and repairs. Again, the service staff are awesome.

My vehicle was due for its first NYSI. I received an appt. in a timely manner. On the day of my appt., Brett checked me in quickly&efficiently. My service was completed in a timely manner! Brett was very kind very helpful, brought my truck in for oil change rotation and a inspection and the next morning my truck was running smoother than molasses

I went there this morning to show Mike in collection shop

I went there this morning to show Mike in collection shop all the runs and gret in my paint.he said it looked great he gave me a good deal.this guy couldn't paint his toe nails let alone a car.this guy is a lier and con stay away from this place big time.

I went in for a scheduled recall.

I went in for a scheduled recall. I walked up to the desk and was completely ignored. No response at all. 2 men at the desk couldn't even acknowledge me or ask if they could help me. Poor rating for horrible customer service. The person who finally acknowledged that I exist was ok but bare minimum for service. Only answered questions if asked.
