They were closed when we drove on the lot on Sunday night ushering out their last customer. The way they treated us, you would have thought we were the first customer of the day. First they showed us several vehicles until I found one that I was happy with, then they worked just as hard to get me at a payment I could be happy with.

Sorry we hadn't given a review before because these guys are really great to deal with! My wife and I had purchased a G37 here two years before. Looking for another car, we didn't think twice about calling Cory who'd helped us out before. I called Cory before going, told him exactly what I was interested in. I got there an hour before they closed on a Sunday, he was able to show me some really good options, told me what was available at other locations, did some test drives, and got a great vehicle that evening. Ben and Eli worked to get an even better rate on negotiating price and financing. These guys stayed for almost two hours after closing to get us what we wanted. What I absolutely appreciate is the friendly & courteous (and humorous!) way the guys are here. We asked for Cory again because he was so helpful when we made the previous purchase, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The experience was so different from the pressured, unpleasant feel of previous car buying experiences I've had. The dealership tried to charge more than the internet price. Once pointed out, they did update the price. Also, they helped us find car mats. However, The car was short the two front car mats upon sale. Everyone was very nice, but not above and beyond.

Hi all. My name is Bruce First, My tail of woe, once upon a time I had a great job, plenty of income a great credit rating, nice house, nice cars, nice wife and children, all the toys a man needs and likes to have. I was enjoying “fruit from the upper branches”. Well, as so many others before me, I was knock off the branch and fell out of the tree. On the way down my parachute did not open and I hit the ground HARD. I lost EVERYTHING. Fast forward a couple of years. I now have another great job but nothing else. No savings, bad credit, my 1995 civic has finally bit the dust and I NEED A CAR! So I drove from where I live in Winchester VA., all the way to Manassas VA. in a borrowed car to see about purchasing an automobile from “Easterns Automotive Group”. I did this because of a few email conversations I had with James Jasper at Easterns Corporate offices. Anyway, when I arrived in Manassas, I pulled up, parked, got out of the car and was greeted by a gentleman with a big smile and firm hand shake. He introduced himself as Samuel. Samuel is definitely one of the friendliest most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest, (yes I said honest), salespeople it has been my privilege to meet and do business with. After getting settled, Samuel walked me through the process of getting financed. I got through it painlessly and Samuel answered ALL of my questions thoroughly. When it came time to pick an automobile Samuel actually asked me what I wanted! I could not believe it. I honestly thought that (because of my credit history) the credit manager would mutter something about a “ten foot pole” and give Samuel the signal to take me out to the back lot and show me a few cars set aside for ”Bad Credit” people. But that did not happen. On the contrary, After I came out of shock, I explained what I wanted and needed in a car. He said “I’ll be right back”. He came back with the sales manager and they both verified what type of transportation I wanted. A few minutes later, Samuel pointed to his computer monitor , I was looking at a 2012 Honda Accord SE, It has everything I need in a car ( i.e.), Late model, Low miles, Great gas mileage, 2 year warranty, (bumper to bumper), nice color, cool rims, etc. I said “ you’re kidding right” He smiled and shook his head. The car was delivered from another Easterns location. When it arrived, we took it for at test drive and it was just like driving a new car! This one has less than 19,000 miles. It is a “Car fax certified 1 owner vehicle” With a “30 day buy back guarantee” So, to make a long story short, I ended up purchasing this car. And, I am very happy to be driving a dependable, previously owned (1 owner) car with a great warranty, great fuel mileage, it’s very comfortable. And all it took was a short drive, A very small down payment with affordable monthly payments that I can also pay bi-weekly if I want. But most importantly to me, I have an opportunity to build a solid business relationship with a great salesperson who works for a great automobile dealership and a chance to re-build my credit. I was very nervous going in because I was turned down a few years back by a different dealer. However, my feelings were quickly put to ease when Samuel greeted me as soon as I pulled up in my 12 year old hooptie (my first car ever). Samuel was very friendly & was very attentive. I am so overjoyed with my new purchase. Eli put in awesome effort to help me get the best rates. I am truly grateful for Sam & Eli for helping me get my "big girl car", my Dream Car!

I was extremely impressed with Samuel. I have some credit issues and really went all out to try and get me in a car. He finally was able to get me into a Smart car with the payments that I was comfortable with paying. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
