We were looking for a new vehicle after a recent accident caused my vehicle to be considered a total loss. The Insurance company was taking awhile to process all of the paper work to cover the lien still on the damaged vehicle. Since the lien was still showing up on my credit, most dealerships were hesitant to work with me, eventhough they were aware of my situation. Easterns was very accomodating with my situation and really strived to assist me and get me into the car I wanted. The customer service was wonderful. Ashley was very friendly and very easy to work with.

My experience was short and sweet. I was unable to make it into the dealership on the first evening and Samuel got my information over the phone to start the process. When I went in on the second day, I only had to get my trade looked at and finish the financing. I have a newborn baby so spending all night in the dealership would have been less than desirable for me. Thanks for quick and friendly service.

Cory Cooper is an excellent sales rep, I have had the pleasure of working with Cory on 2 separate occasions, the first was about 6 months ago and the second about a week ago. Eastern's is a great place to get a vehicle from. I have now purchased four from them. My girlfriend actually bought one on Friday. I was so pleased I came back on Monday to buy one for myself.
