THis was a great place to by a car. From the first phone conversation to going there in person everyone was nice and willing to work with you.

We would give a higher rating if we could, unfortunately there arent any options for above average. Eastern supercedes any and all other car dealerships from top to bottom. Our sales rep Park is phenomenal and a "Godsend" and there are no words to describe the total package of Park.. You have to come see for yourself. The manager Alex is truely a Boss(very nice)! At first I was nervous. Also discouraged, because I didn't think I was going to be able to make a purchase. I needed a payment I could afford, but also understood my credit was an issue. The gang pulled together like a good team does and made it happen. These guys made me feel comfortable about my purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with Easterns and Ahmed. They were fast and detailed with all my questions. I was put at easy with their friendliness. They explained everything about the car I was interested in. I had some credit issues and they worked to get me quailifed. I will recommend Easterns and Ahmed to everyone I know.

Mike Brice was the first salesman that greeted us when my family drove up to easterns. He helped make the process of financing and looking at a new van for my family easy. We went to Easterns in a rental and left with our new van on the same day.

Overall, I had a great experience. The one issue I had was the price of the vehicle. It was just under $3,000 more than I would have paid at Pohanka Acura (from visiting them 2 weeks ago - and for a vehicle with 1/5 the miles). The interest rate was outrageous, but that is my fault. As far as the quality of the staff in terms of knowledge and personality, my experience was outstanding. I knew I wanted that car, but management should really take a look at Kelley Blue Book (and other dealerships for better pricing). Keep up the good work, Chris
