Salesman was good.

Salesman was good. The sales manager could have been more attentive. I was not offered to have my picture taken with my ne truck and post online nor did I get the final cleaning I was offered of the truck As if you got what yo wanted then wher do with me

I recently visited Everett for an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Scheduling was quick and easy, and when I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Juan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole process stress-free. The waiting area was spotless and comfortable, with plenty of seating and amenities to make the short wait enjoyable. The service team worked efficiently, and the oil change was completed faster than I expected. They also went above and beyond by checking tire pressure, topping off fluids, and giving me a clear explanation of the work performed.
