Wish the first guy had known that Ford had done an

Wish the first guy had known that Ford had done an upgrade on the electronics of steering wheel and tested the vehicle to see if it was fixed before calling me to pick up my vehicle. Second tech knew there had been an upgrade and the problem was fixed. Ended up costing me more money when I had to take it a second time to get the problem fixed. My vehicle is operating the way it should now. Thank you
