I bought a vehicle on 10-26-2024.

I bought a vehicle on 10-26-2024. I give the financing a negative mark Moe Hariri. After addressing to him about transferring my veteran disable plate to the new vehicle and I was told that I have to wait until the new plates to arrive and then swap the plate . I went to DMV in Pomona on 10-28-24 and I was told by the duty manager that they could have just filled out the transfer paper for veteran disabled plate to the new vehicle without cost and not been charged the fees. I went back to the dealer that same day and addressed the concern to Eileen and she made me fill out two set of transfer plate paper and I was told that it will take about two week or more to process and to get the fee refunded. Veteran need to be aware of their car registration entitlement when dealing with Puente Hill Car Dealership...

Buyers beware, deceptive sales tactics.

Buyers beware, deceptive sales tactics. Dealership uses false advertising to bring people in, then they add $3,290 to the price for 'door guards and a fake security system. Dishonest management. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

This dealership has issues.

This dealership has issues. Communication is terrible and the listed price is wrong. They added a ceramic paint coating that costs $3000 and didn't advertise it in the price. Very fraudulent. I was told it was already on car and couldn't be taken off. Go elsewhere.

*****SCAMMERS ALERT****Went to purchase a car, right away Moe came out saying their is dealer installed options, door edge guards and ceramic coating He was charging additional $3200 on top of advertised price. Do yourself a favor and don't shop from them, they are rip off. It is nice way for them to add significant dollar amount to purchase price. Should have noticed this as all cars had door edge guards.

We pride ourselves on transparency, and it sounds like you're upset that our team explained to you what packages were on the vehicle you looked at? Unlike other dealers, our process is not designed to keep customers here for hours before disclosing prices/packages that may come on a vehicle. If "Rip Off" is what we do here, I don't think Moe would have been so transparent to explain everything to you prior to asking you for your personal information. With all this being said, disagreeing on a deal, doesn't make any dealer a scammer. You simply did not get the deal YOU wanted, and it's as simple as that.

I bought a VEHICLE 29 - JUNE - 2024 and Moe Hariri assisted me in the financing area and before signing the contract he offered me a promotion (Express 5) of course it was optional and I told him that I was not interested in paying extra and that I would not I wanted it, he answered me later that it would be free and that it was included in the contract payments and I didn't have to pay extra and it was convenient for me because after 6 months I would have a free replacement key for the one they didn't give me when I bought that I got alone, I accepted that Optional promotion and after I was reviewing my documents I realized that they added $1,295, be careful when buying from this DEALER, do not trust their workers, they make bad moves.

To start the environment and and ambient was peaceful

To start the environment and and ambient was peaceful and respectful, from the salesman Leo and the financial manager Sinbad were not just friendly but naturally behavior made us feel more than welcome , the deal was fast, reasonable and no pushing most of all, this is my first experience buying a car but definitely I will recommend puente hills Mitsubishi the financial manager Sinbad / and most of all the outstanding superior customer service salesman Leo.
