Motor Edgegard & Stargard Vehicle Theft Protection System will be included on all cars equals to $3k on top of the price they give you for a product they added for they're own benefits..not customer benefits. Tesla cars doesn't need this devices they still want top you off with 3k more.. c'mon.. greedy AF... Just price your vehicles with correct amount don't come and obligate to buy a tracker you can buy online for 50$ on Amazon. A Potential customers deterrent addons 3k are 3k... From out pockets not yours. Do better to customers

FAKE PEOPLE SELLING SALVAGED CARS😳🤬🤬🤬😡
I wish I had never purchased this BMW M850i convertible from these people. I spent to much money to be sold a car that had wrecked but the accidents were never reported an I know they knew that car was salvaged.the car has 7 months or less on the warranty but I can't use the warranty because the car has aftermarket parts on it.so now I'm stuck with a car I spent almost 70,000 for.these people blow me off when I try talking to them.please stay away from that salesman named moe he's a joke and I'm not laughing at all about my money and this car.if I could give this car back 🔙 I would do it in a heartbeat. I traveled from Georgia to California for nothing 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I will never forget this experience from this lying 🤥 dealership and the salesman moe.

Never gave me an honest answer on price.
I contacted them via email regarding a car I was very interested in test driving, but needed to know the out-the-door price before I drove an hour to give it a spin. Moe kept dodging my question about price over, never giving me an honest answer on what the out-the-door price would be (which other dealers are happy to provide). After he ignored my question a third time I finally gave up. I will not buy from this dealership and nor should you. They use cheap sales tactics to get you in the door and will waste your time.

Terrible customer service Definitely scraping the bottom of the barrel with Ivan and possibly Jose the sales manager not sure if I actually spoke with him or not but tried to get somewhere and basically got hung up on avoid at all cost

Disappointed in Customer Service
As a result of using cars.com as we looked to sell a vehicle, we contacted Puente Hills Mitsubishi, visited and facilitated the sale. Other dealerships were offering comparable and higher amounts (+$1500-$2000 more) to buy our car, but we were moving out of state and wanted to check this item off of our to do list. A check was to be ready from Puente Hills for us in five days from our visit, which we explained we wanted to pick up (vs. have mailed to us) and they agreed. When we called on the fifth day to pick up the check, we were told it was going to be another week. It was disconcerting that as customers who took the dealership at its word (and the dealership took our car the same day we made the deal), we had no recourse. We asked the dealership to send the check to us via FedEx or UPS because to us, it was a large sum that we would be using to purchase another car in our new home state. They agreed. When I called the day the check was to arrive to us, they explained they dropped the check in regular mail and we should have it soon. Sorry they said... The irony of this whole experience was that the same day we sold the car, we received an email from the General Manager of Puente Hills Mitsubishi thanking us for our business and explaining how important customer service, respect, and customer satisfaction was to him and the dealership. We sent multiple emails asking for assistance with our concern. All of the inquiries remain unaddressed. I called to speak with him directly at the number he provided in his email, which encouraged customers to reach out to him personally. That message went unanswered as well. Saying you are committed to customer service but not responding to inquiries about customer service to fix what might not be working for the customer is not helpful, and it certainly isn't respectful.

Avoid dealer at all costs!
Scam artists. Fraudsters. Avoid dealer at all costs! Should be banned from cars.com for dishonest business practices. They false advertise list price to get you in dealership and then increase the price with bogus “fees” after you have agreed to buy vehicle. Sam, the sales manager, and Moe, the sales guy, are dishonest and lack business integrity. Stay AWAY! Better to walk than buy a car from this place.
