Remember that the FTC says car dealerships can’t charge

Remember that the FTC says car dealerships can’t charge you for add-ons you don’t want. The manager at this dealership lost a sale because they refused to remove the cost of their so-called “mandatory” paint protection — roughly priced at a 1000% markup. I’m sure some buyer will go along with it, but I’m glad that wasn’t me. I ended up buying a 2018 Honda Fit with a 6-speed manual from an Acura dealership instead — they removed their add-ons without any hassle and made the process smooth and transparent. I used my own financing, so there were no hidden add-ons buried in the paperwork either. It’s disappointing that Puente Hills Mitsubishi chooses to operate this way. You’d think a brand that’s struggling in the U.S. market would try harder to build trust and do right by customers. To be clear, I don’t blame the salespeople — Elson was great, and so was Jose. I genuinely hope the dealership values them, because they deserve to work somewhere that doesn’t let good sales walk out the door.

It sounds that our transparency in explaining that the vehicle you were interested in had pre-installed options somehow upset you. After speaking with individuals involved with helping you, it sounds like they explained everything up front before proceeding to run your credit or having you sign anything. We provide quality and industry leading options on our vehicles to ensure the customer is receiving a top notch product. We respect that you don't see the value in the additional benefits that were installed in the vehicle you were looking to possibly purchase, but we've been in business for over 20 years and sell over 100 cars a month to individuals that are very happy with the level of quality we provide. Took my vehicle for a recall fix.

Took my vehicle for a recall fix. Staff were very polite and friendly; did not push any additional services on me; got what was needed taken care of and they threw in a free simple exterior car wash, which wasn't super clean, but was still nice to get some cleaning done. Waiting area was nice and spacious, with continuous movies playing back-to-back, and free coffee and biscotti for staff and guests. The wait was not longer than expected for service and pickup (I left it overnight to pick up the next morning just to save some time). Both visits were satisfactory. I was quite satisfied and would visit again for future services.

What a wonderful experience I had with this dealership. There was no pressure at all. I like their approach to treating customer. They did not hurry me about buying another car or any add ons. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. I will tell friends and cousins about them.

Read the reviews .....ADDons etc. Contacted them to buy a car and wanted an OUT THE DOOR price with a breakdown. They kept insisting that I come on ..not without a WRITTEN deal and numbers. After much back and forth with JULIO A. ...knowing I wasn't coming in without a firm deal due to the reputation of this dealership I got an email that the car is being serviced and not ready until next week. Then a few hours I got an email saying the car was SOLD. Meanwhile my roommate was talking to them too and the car was available if he wanted to come in. LIARS , shady business practices for a franchised dealer . Bait and switch pricing . no transparency don't WASTE YOUR TIME seeing the cheap advertised prices because read the fine print ..doesn't include dealer ADDons etc.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I contacted the salesperson in advance to confirm the price of a vehicle at $36,497 and asked if the price was negotiable. He assured me they "wouldn’t lose a deal over a few hundred dollars." Based on that, I booked a flight from Northern California to Southern California to purchase the car. When I arrived, they added $3,290 on top of the advertised price—classic bait-and-switch tactics. They tried to pressure me into buying at the inflated price and refused to negotiate. Had I known this in advance, I would never have spent money on a plane ticket. I walked out and am now paying for another flight home, all because of their deceptive practices. Avoid this dealership. They are not honest, and they will waste your time and money. Do your research and take your business elsewhere.

Since both Ownership and Management are accountable for truth in advertising, it is imperative that what is advertised is 100% legitimate and correct.

If I could give a 0 star I would, terrible experience. They delete bad reviews, I will repost if needed. Stay absolutely away from these people, mandatory $3,295 of "ceramic tint and clear film" is not something someone should be focused to buy. I was paying exactly what they posted the car for until I am told on the phone by the manager Brian Costello "$3,295 is non negotiable and you don't need to buy from us if you don't get it". They won't email you with these hidden fees but they love telling you over the phone about it but won't put it in an email saying anything. O stars, l'd tell everyone to stay away and don't believe the fake reviews because they enjoy deleting the bad ones.

I'll save you the time.

I'll save you the time. Their advertised price does not include the dealership "options" that add $4700 in useless features that you could get for $500 if you even wanted them. $17,316 is actually $23,795, no warranty. With 3 year warranty, $29,432. Look through all the reviews. I'm guessing they bury the real reviews with fake ones that are obvious in addressing their questionable business practices specifically.
