Underwhelming sales experience, seemed very unorganized.

Underwhelming sales experience, seemed very unorganized. Several small issues with the car which points to a lack of detail. Was handed off to a sales assistant due to unforeseen circumstances who needs a lot more mentoring. Even now communication between the dealership and me is non existent and I believe I have a protection package that needs to be installed, but don’t Have confidence that it will happen. Wish I had just cancelled this purchase when I had the chance.

Betty was wonderful!

Betty was wonderful! Making sure that I was able to get to work on time! Her paperwork was ready as soon as I walked in the door. My car was washed and she had cut it on warming it up for me. Betty is the best.
