My son purchased a cash car from this place, paid 4300 on Feb 15, 2025, drove the car home, next day while driving, the car would not change out of 2 gear, so we took car to Ford service, they checked the car out, was told the transmission needed work on it, long story short transmission stop going in reverse and drive, called them and let them know that the car transmission was gone out, I ask if they can compensate with help repairing the transmission, due to the fact my son hasn't had the car for a week, The General manager Tory refused to help......... My advice to anyone looking to buy a car don't get one from this place! Sad part is my son saved his money to buy his first car. He was so proud of himself! People have no integrity, no compassion for others, only thing they care about is taking your money

I recently purchased my vehicle from ProCars at the end of October 2024. Greg was my salesperson and made the process very very easy. I reside in New Orleans, La and relied to my sales person to provide accurate information about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I booked a flight to Atlanta, GA and Greg was able to pick me up from the airport and bring me to the dealership. I test drove the vehicle and and immediately knew that I was driving it back to New Orleans. The entire team at Procars made the entire process very simple, I was in an out of the dealership in less than 1-hour. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from the location. Again I want to thank you Greg for dealing with my Bank, and dealing with me with my many questions... Chris thanks for making the paperwork portion of the process very seemless.. Worst place ever test drove a car I actually liked it. I Was trying to get in touch with Greg after the fact and he sold the car. And I’ve been calling him for the past 2 days at least he could have told me that the car was being sold Greg wasted 2 days of my time being a Dick!!! xxxx ProCars !!!
