This dealership does not stand behind their word.
I purchased (2) vehicles from this dealership and one of the cars starting having trouble two days later. I called the dealership to let them know what was going on and i was assured they would send the part and pay for the installation. Well after 3 months of calling and emailing everyday they sent the part but now the owner refuses to pay for the installation. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable dealership.

They sell car that won't pass inspection
I bought a car from thus dealer whiin a day it broke down. The manager wont let me talk to the owner or his supervisor or supply an email for me to contact them. They took 15,000 and they would not help me ! They are a group of dangerous people to deal with and you need to be careful with whom you do bussiness with . They knew when they sold it to me the car did not pass inspection which is against GA law

Bad service after sale and false promises
I went here along the routes to other dealers on my list and found a car of interest. As I test drive the car it was nice but I found a few things that needed fixing if I was to buy the car. I spoke with the salesman and he said they would be no issue to get then fixed for me if I wanted the car. I talked it offer with my fiancee and we agreed to buy the car. I have with in the 5 or so months of having my car be been there to the dealer leaving my car to.i have those things fix to picking up my car with excuse after excuse to why it didn't get done. So I finally look to speak to someone at a higher level to get this resolved as the mechanic had no clue and the business never call back etc. when calling and leaving msg. I speak to whom the say is the GM and give him a run down of what's going on and here and he's telling me things will be resolved and parts will be ordered based off what the tech adviced me he was having trouble finding and Mercedes didn't make this or that anymore which didn't make sense but since he's the mechanic I took his word. So as he looked so did I on my personal time and found the parts and provided them the information to order. As it was told to me they would be ordered by the GM and sales rep. I get to the shop once again to leave my car but something told me to look at the parts before leaving and sure enough I get the bs again as they only ordered one part and not both parts as I was able to provide them with. Im told right at this time that he's was told to only order one and both l not there other when both we always the issues and was promised to be fixed and so I talk to both the GM AND MECH. Together and one is playing dumb and the GM is trying to.i make me out to be after something that was not promised when I should him in text and email the facts of what his staff is aware and promised day one. After thinking it got understood he tell the tech to install what was ordered and order the other one they saw and that would fix the issue. The tech tells me to come back on the next morning first thing and leave the car. So I arrange my work schedule to be there 830am and no one arrives until 905 when the tech text me right at 904 to tell me about needing a rain check as there was another tech they would have to come out as he is not familiar with how to install it. This dude didn't even have the respect to let me know this the day before. So I'm told they would reschedule for the next week. I call first of the week so I can plan it for work and I text and get no response until the next day again. And guess what... now im being yanked again in text to be told if I want the other part promised I will have to pay for it.... etc... and no one is answering my calls now. So it's time for the lawyers to deal with this. My suggestion to anyone looking at either of the dealers this company has is to run and don't trust them you can get a car from much better placed with way better service. You should learn from those that have gone through it as we tell our kids. This will be dealt with legally so I'm not going to waste the energy on myself to be stressed that is why I have a great job that has a legal team for us. God bless...

Very well professional staff
I have been to several dealerships and while looking for a Chevy suburban, I wasn’t finding that SUV that I felt was me. That’s until my Search got me to ProCars of Marietta soon afterwards I a call. I spoke with a young man name Kevin. He asked a few questions over the phone and asked if could come in to meet with him. Kevin went up and beyond my expectations of the process. I was about to turn around and cancel the appointment but there he was standing next to the suburban we had spoke about over the phone. Kevin was friendly and he listened to my wishes about what I needed and wanted. So I would honestly send someone I personally know to the team at ProCars. Also not one person stood around and not spoke to me while I was waiting to make my decision. Great Team

Mo is a knowledgeable and professional salesman, but also puts you at ease because hes very down to earth and honest, everyone at the dealership was very friendly and there was no pressure..
