A year ago I came to buy a car here after I had been in a car accident. I stayed all day looking for a car, at both their adjoining company Autonomous, and at this place. After buying a Hyundai Elentra with 80,000 miles, and it being talked up to me so highly, they jacked up the price to such an insane amount. As soon as I finished signing the papers and was going to leave, the driver’s window didn’t work. The sun visor mirror falls off when you open it. The AC didn’t work. My break and headlights weren’t working. My engine has problems constantly. Now after a year, I’ve had to take it BACK to this same place to get repaired as the warranty I paid for requires me to come back to the place who scammed me. Every time I have had an issue with my car, they are beyond rude to me. I’ve never been spoken to like the men at this place have spoken to me. Absolutely do not buy a car here. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Drove away with a damaged vehicle. multiple problems. I tried explaining it to the manager. He didn't care. I tried to forgive some of the things that didn't work, still would not come down on price. AVOID this place. The " manager" Chris meets you with a nice smile with a liar face. The salesmen are great. That's the only thing I have to say nice about this dealership. Chris doesn't do his research behind the cars and is rude. Proceed with caution. I have my car less than a week and I am $300 into fixing it. Verbatim, When I told him my concerns, he said " I'll take it up with the owner, but you already know what the response will be" He misinforms his salesmen with wrong info to sell a car. I was told multiple things that were " Brand new" when they weren't. Do yourself a favor and do the research, from who you are buying from. I was told that I could not pull the vehicle out of the parking lot until I contacted my insurance company. it was hard to hear because of another employee yelling right next to me.Bad business. Shop elsewhere. I usually don't write reviews. But this "business" needs one. Had I have known what I was walking into... I would have taken my business elsewhere. All I can suggest is ask EVERY question from head to toe. You don't want to be where I am right now. I spent too much of my time fixing the car, when I thought I was going to drive out of there with peace of mind. What I got was the opposite. I gave this place a chance, and I ended up the sucker. Again.... Proceed with caution, very much so. If I could leave no stars I would.Unfortunately for me, my list of things I have to repair is getting longer and longer , If I had to do it all over again I would prob look to another place that was more honest.

They sell cars that clearly are not in good condition. Had problems after 1st month and the fake warranty is just for oil change and tire discount

Very unprofessional and condescending. Added thousands over the advertised price in a classic bait-and-switch move. 30% of their offer was in fees. I countered and offered less than asking, which is normal for potential buyers to do. The sales manager called me back, very rude, and rhetorically asked why he would ever sell a car for less than asking price.

Chow Chow was a great help. I could tell he really wanted to help me find the car I was looking for and he did.

BEWARE!!!!!! These people will scam money from you by means of a warranty attached to your auto loan and tell a plethora of lies to cover up their illegal acts. I never thought simply buying a car would lead to fraud and identity theft issues!!! They will proceed to cancel the warranty as soon as you walk out of the dealership and once the finance company pays them for the warranty and the car they will then pocket the difference (the cost of the warranty), in my case $3,000 PLUS INTEREST. I have never felt so taken advantage of. They don't care for their customers at all, what business God-fearing business will steal $3,000 from a customer and make the customer obligated to pay back the stolen funds plus interest, you guys are a special type of ruthless . They pocket the money for the warranty and leave you to pay for the warranty and the compound interest that is being accrued.

Overall a great process. They did what was needed to make the deal wprk for me. Add ons included Lojack was a nice touch. Go see Chow Chow. He'll take care of you. Also, battery failed the day after I bought the car and the bought me a new one.

The car dealership has really nice cars and the staff is very nice. Mr. Chow Chow was the gentleman who assisted us. He provided excellent customer service. Thank you

We drove over a hour and with the drive and wait it took a bit longer then I would have liked but on our end we didn't have everything needed so that I'm sure can be avoided. Chow chow was great and we really like the car we bought. Made thr drive home better then the drive we took to get there. Buying a car is a big deal and while ot wasn't perfect it was not horrible either.

I drove approximately 2 hours on memorial Day to go to purchase a car. I was contacted on three separate occasions to ensure that I would be at my appointment. However, when I got there they didn't even bother to make sure that they have the car available for the appointment that I wanted to look at. I am not sure that I have ever been more disgusted with their lack of professionalism.
