ProCars was great - ask for Manny!

Found the perfect car to replace my wife's beloved 2003 Honda Pilot at ProCars. For us, we had done our research and taken many test drives but didn't find the perfect car until we found it at ProCars. Ask for Manny once you get there - he was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to get us a deal we could both live with. Thanks Manny!!

Horrible car

Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion about 3 weeks ago and just found out transmission is trashed, both cv joints broken, and engine was painted to cover up oil leaking. They knew all that and still sold it to me. I won’t get anything back but I should get Fred repairs which about $6000 !!!

Terrible Experience

We purchased a 2015 Prius from Greg and I regret it immensely. We made the mistake of not taking the vehicle to a mechanic and trusting them even though they couldn't answer the questions we asked about what their mechanic was responsible for checking. Greg is a charming guy and I let myself forget he is a used car salesman because I liked him. They reassured us they would fix anything major we found relatively quickly. The first 2 red flags were the car wasn't really clean and the gas tank wasn't full when we left the lot. The day after we brought the car home, the battery was dead. I had to drive an hour to Marietta for them to replace it but they did it for free. Jump forward 3 weeks and my husband took the car in for an oil change because we assumed they didn't bother. Come to find out Toyota recommended the brakes get replaced back in June (we bought in December) and they were just shy of metal on metal. I've reached out to Greg twice and I've heard nothing back. I'm not surprised, just disappointed that we didn't trust our instinct to stay away from a smaller dealership to save a couple thousand dollars. We learned our lesson, please don't make the same mistake we did!

Bad business bad place

I drove 6 hrs to purchase a car from this place a car that I seen on their web site and I inquired about it they called me five times about the car made it sound all good. Had me rushing to get there and when I get there they told me it was at another lot "4 mins" away. I wait 20 mins now they are closing the guy pulls back up in a jeep and say the car is in the shop and it's not out yet can I show you something else. Like REALLY I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM ALABAMA TO SEE THAT CAR NOT JUST ANY CAR THAT PARTICULAR CAR, AND THEY KNEW I WAS COMING FROM ALABAMA TO SEE THIS VEHICLE and possibly purchase it. Not to mention they kept calling me and still wasn't honest with me had me waiting like they really had the car😡 BAD BUSINESS. BAD PLACE I was lived

Good gone Bad

Found a 2019 Honda Odyssey at a good deal. Was excited to see it in person and sales staff was very responsive, almost too much so at times leading up to seeing the vehicle. Went to see it and liked what we saw and decided to move ahead with a purchase. Greg was great to deal with, very polite, very professional. One of the tires was low, was told they didn't have an air compressor and they told us where we could top off the tire. Unfortunately, that was only a temporary fix. We ended up having to take the van in to have the tire checked. They found a plug in the sidewall and a razor blade in the tire. I get accepting a car as is, however they allowed me to test drive and then drive home in a vehicle with an improperly repaired tire. Not only was I placed in danger, but my family as well. I called to let them know this and the first person I spoke with was apologetic and offered to help cover the cost of the tire. However, that person apparently was not in a position to make that offer. Since then, the only person that would speak to me is Greg. Whom has been great. However, the manager, the owner, anyone with the ability to do anything has not returned calls or even had the courage to speak to me. Can't say they're sorry, can't even answer the call. So it went from a decent experience to a real crappy experience fairly quickly. I won't do business with them again.

Very Non-Optimal Experience.

The car was ready to test drive but had way too many potential problems. I found another one I liked and bought it. Be aware however that if you buy here, you sign documents that state you buy it "as is" with no warranties or returns. You also sign a document waiving your right to arbitration if needed, so once you drive it off the lot, it's yours. This business is misleading, and they do not return your calls after you've bought the vehicle. A broken shark fin antenna was not fixed as they implied it would be, and I only got one key. A second key I got on my own was $200.00. The funds for my down payment were misappropriated and not applied as I asked it to be. I wound up with a payment $13.00 more per month than I had been promised and signed off on. The car hadn't been detailed and reeked of smoke two days after I got it home. I spent ten days detailing it myself. If I'd known then what I do now, I'd have walked away. Would I buy there again or refer a friend? No way.

Used car dealer scammer

They Talk you into getting the car and the Gm came out and said the noise when the car started up was only a heat shield turns the same month the Turbo goes out , then I had purchased the extended warranty with them and what a rip off , The shop you have to go to which is there’s . Said there was other issues which I had to pay for cause the Insurance won’t cover it . I picked up my car later on when to another shop and the insurance denied the part because they said they had already paid for it and I have the invoice number and check number . So the shop keeps the money and I had to pay for the Turbo out of pocket on top of paying for the extended warranty insurance.. will be calling the Bank and a lawyer to get my money back .. Then when you call no one is around and you have to go In person . What a scam of a place ..Do not go here .
