Worse customer service i have ever received

I have reached out to this dealership to buy a SLT they had it listed for $69,000 after speaking to Michael Mack he said that they're charging $5,000 over right now because they can. I have asked him that I have a 2021 Chevy Tahoe he asked me what I wanted for it so I told him according to KBB this is the value. His response to me was why would we pay you that when we can get it from the factory cheaper. So this is the kind of dealership this is they want to charge you extra for the vehicles they have unlocked but they don't want to pay you the market value for yours. Paul Longoria you should be ashamed for running a business like this this is more of a con than business. And having people like him it's shameful. I will not recommend anyone doing business with the dealership unless you do not mind being screwed because this dealership is prime example of doing just that. So If anyone want to see what Michael Mac has wrote me back regarding the prices feel free to reach out to me and I will be more than happy to share those with you so you can see yourself. I have absolutely no interest from this dealership anyone reaching out to me to find out what's going on because I have pretty much explained what's going on for everyone to read.

2021 GMC Denali 1500

Maybe the seamless auto buying experience I’ve ever had!!!! Great people. Again, a very pleasant transaction and I was in and out in less than 2 hours including delivery. Will buy there again

Overall Good but

We have used this service dept for many years and when I decided to buy it made sense to buy from Glen Polk. The process was good and we are happy with our car. That being said it was very uncomfortable being in the dealership. The only time any staff member from the owner to the receptionist had a mask on was when our salesman reminded them to get a mask before entering his area to talk with us. Other customers had masks but the staff didn’t seem to think it was important to wear a mask. If they choose to forego masks when there are no customers that’s fine. I applaud our sales rep Michael who wore a mask when interacting with us.

Just not very happy with them they got my address on my paperwork and my sticker is wrong license has the wrong address just not happy with them

Best Place to buy a Car!

Ben Blattner was very polite and helpful. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and I will not go any where else. I have recommended this dealership to anyone that is thinking of getting a new vehicle. They are willing to work with you to help you get what you need and what you will be happy with. The repair shop is also great. Love this place!
