So pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff...

So pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff and Manager in the service department! Once I pulled up they came out and looked at my issue, went back in done some investigating on what they could do and came back and set everything up in a matter of minutes! So thankful for them

My 2021 F-150 has been in the Service Department for 7...

My 2021 F-150 has been in the Service Department for 7 weeks. They did not file a warranty claim until it was there for a month. I had to demand it be done. I guess I asked to nicely the first two times. I have spoke with the store manager. He sent it up to the service director but after almost a week no contact. This is beyond disbelief. I guess it's time to get legal help. Anchors Up Ford Till I Die Ford Forever

Excellent customer service and transparent on buyback...

Excellent customer service and transparent on buyback purchase of leased vehicle. They made it very simple. I originally went to another dealership in Pensacola where they weren't very transparent in the buyback purchase of my leased vehicle.

Called for appointment and was told to bring it in at...

Called for appointment and was told to bring it in at 8:00 am then I called back to add a rattle in the dash and was told to bring in at 11:00 so they could have a technician take care of the rattle in the dash When I gat there I was told they couldn’t find the rattle in the dash today because it takes too long to remove dash in one day I will never come back again Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing Service writer not very friendly and very matter of fact

The worst

This place should close its doors forever to save people from a lifetime of agony. They screwed me over so bad almost a year ago it still hurts.

Drove an hour for a preset appt on hose recall and oil change. Arrived early to find they didn’t have part even though service (put my name on it ) when appt made 3 was prior. No call or heads up! Poor service! I had hoped they would change with new owners bu NO

Had an appointment to get my radio checked and tire...

Had an appointment to get my radio checked and tire rotation oil change. Dropped it off thursday, monday till didnt touch my car. Worst service department in awhile. What happened they didnt even care I was upset. I cried for hours over they way they treated me. Never experienced this from ford before. I have 4 Mustangs and proud of them. Will never purchase from ford crestview in fear of dealing with service department.

Team work

Great team to conduct business with. It’ll be the only dealership for me from now on. They were friendly and courteous and made the process very comfortable

Ultimately, it was a bad situation with car itself, but Edin did his best to accommodate us. Ford Crestview will do you dirty… WARNING, LONG RANT...

Ford Crestview will do you dirty… WARNING, LONG RANT BUT IMPORTANT TO FUTURE VEHICLE BUYERS! I had a sudden jerk in my truck back in April. It felt like a transmission issue. I took it to Crestview Ford..To get it looked at. Service said the motor was Shot and we needed a new motor. I had a warranty so I trusted them on it. I'm no mechanic. I drove it in there so it wasn't making any motor noises at all when I got it to them but I trusted them. They sat on my truck for 7 months with every excuse in the world. Lies, un answered messages, and soon much more. Also told me besides my full warranty I would have to pay them 4500 out of pocket to cover the only motor they could find . After bringing a lawyer into the talk, the manager told me he would find one for the price my warranty covered. "My full bumper to bumper warranty" After all that time of me calling every 2 weeks checking on it they finally called me back and told me my truck would be done and that it would be 450 more dollars to pick it up because of extra parts we needed. Hesitantly I agreed because I needed my truck it had been gone far too long. When I got there the amount changed to over $1,300 more to have my truck back and sign a waver not holding them responsible for the motor because it was used. I had to pay it! I picked up my truck and drove it to the entrance of Ford dealership put my left blinker on Applied the gas in the truck broke down. Yep right there. They killed the battery and didn't care. Made me buy a battery from them to get home. Drove the truck down the road, and low and behold, the same jerking and noises from the transmission just like I took it in for. I called them back directly. They said the guy who diagnosed my truck no longer works there and goodbye. I have all paperwork to back anything I have stated. I'm doing more, trust me, but I would highly suggest you report to Better Business Bureau as I am. Sorry for the long story, just wanted to put every detail so there wouldn't be questions in the comments. It was full on shady business. BEWARE OF EM! Look at the date on the top right of the receipt.
