Service folks were friendly and attentive. I had an appointment and was taken care of in a timely manner. I waited for the service and was out of the dealership in an hour. Two Thumbs Up!

The service truck had only been with Crestview ford for about a week. He was experienced with another company, and despite being new he answered my questions, with help if he wasn't sure. He was very thorough.

I was surprised to see an approximate 73% increase in the price for the same service I had done a year ago… #CorporateBuyout... This seems excessive compared to other dealership rates for an otherwise routine service.
