John Sawicki in the auto body shop is awesome!!! I purchased a Mercedes and needed some detailing done to fix a few small body flaws. He took the time out of his busy day to see me and do the work at my convenience. I actually stopped in two separate times. Not only did he do a great job, but he demonstrated superior customer service on behalf of the dealership. He is a true asset to your organization. I knew what I wanted but I had to make up my mind and she allowed me the opportunity to find the perfect vehicle. Shane is fantastic!
Shane is fantastic! My husband purchased an S 560 two years ago and when I decided I would like a Mercedes myself, there was no one else to call but Shane. He spent so much time teaching me about the vehicle and his professionalism was top notch. After one day with my Mercedes GLC 300, I am in love....I will be a Mercedes driver forever. My husband talked to Shane on Thursday, and he arranged our purchase for Friday. He is amazing!
