Kim is the best sales rep I know❤️❤️ She helped me with my jeep and finding the right one and not only trying to find the right one she went out of her way to look up the carfax and seeing if it was certified and looked through the whole history of it to see if it was a good vehicle for me. She always makes sure that the car or suv that u are buying is the right and beat vehicle for you❣️❣️❣️and She goes thru the vehicle thru in and thru out to make sure u know all the features of the car. Let's just say this She spends a lot of time with u to make sure u are comfortable and She also makes sure the u will have NO buyers remorse ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t say enough about Kimberly how kind thoughtful and

I can’t say enough about Kimberly how kind thoughtful and professional she is I was negotiating my car with her for almost an month she was patient and try to get me the best deal possible and explain to me that this vehicle is fully loaded that’s why it’s a little more than other S560 in the market and she was right after she compared the other cars MSRP Im also very happy with finance manager kason Evens he was very thorough explaining the process to me with out yeah Joe listen right right lol T2 doesn’t do very thin extremely thin. Just put some fans on it. Take the big fan that we have the blue one. There’s a green one out there. Yeah there’s a big dries it right up. take that with you know the one we have the small one the one of the blowup xxxx that’s in the back somewhere that thing blows out everything trying to over sale me any extras !! I highly recommend Kimberly and motorworld for their honesty and professionalism!!

I just want to send a shoutout to Michael McCabe! He is fully knowledgeable, patient, and an all around nice guy! I did not feel pressure at all while buying my first Mercedes. He even put a red bow on my new car when I came to pick it up. Thanks Michael for my Mercedes Merch too! Love the Yeti. I will be a Mercedes customer from now on:)

Calm and proffessional from start to finish.

Calm and proffessional from start to finish. Michael McCabe, my sales person, worked for several days with me to get my trade valued and the car ready for delivery. Remarkable low pressure and kind to me and my dog Lou. Michael left the car running and AC on for the dog , while I finished the paperwork. He did everything to get me into the car I wanted. Don’t hesitate to buy your next Benz from Michael! The dealership appreciated my business and although a very big company Motorworld made me feel welcome and the whole experience was pleasant.

I know what it takes to execute at the highest levels, leadership and management has to be on top of everyone and everything. My experience is not unique, judging from the other customers I encounter at the Wilkes Barre Store. Right down to the lot attendants and janitor, you have a very tight organization of the right people, properly trained and supervised. The used car manager was tough, but fair, my salesman was direct and kind, the Finance Manager knew his products and was very reasonable in his sales approach. The janitor wished me Weill as I exited the store.

Kimberly, Although not my sales representative made the experience for ownership of my Mercedes Benz certainly delightful and spent her time teaching me and demonstrating the many functions of the vehicle. It was almost like being on a date a date you would like to go on again. I certainly give credit where credit is due. Kimberly, is certainty the best most caring and knowledgeable representative that Motor World has that I’m aware of. If there’s anyone better I’ve never met them and I buy a lot of car!

You have a great employee in Shane Chabot. He is kind, courteous and respectful. He actually listens to you. He "knows" his product. He explains everything in detail. He is so extremely knowledgable and patient, even when he has to explain something to you for the third time. He makes sure that you understand everything about your car before you leave. He is always available for any questions anytime that you call. He always gets back to you asap. You are fortunate to have such a fine person representing your company.
