Had an excellent experience working w/ Shane!

Had an excellent experience working w/ Shane! Found the exact car I had been looking for and called the dealership to hold the car. They held it for 2+ weeks while I finalized paperwork and other formalities. After a long trip from CT, upon my arrival the entire process was smooth and took less than a couple hours complete! Peter did a great job in guiding me through the final leg of the process. He provided recommendations for add-ons to my lease but didn't force me to choose anything I didn't want. Also worked to keep my costs as low as he could! Shane made sure I had good knowledge of some of my cars best features before I left. Overall, purchasing my first AMG was a 10/10 experience!

If this was the last dealership on earth, I'D WALK WHEREVER I HAD TO GO !!! From RIDICULOUSLY LOW TRADE-IN OFFERS ( THOUSANDS BEHIND BOOK ), OUT RIGHT LIES ABOUT VEHICLES and COSTS, to DISHONEST SALES MANAGERS, they have it all !!! I'll NEVER step foot in the MERCEDES BENZ, nor any other dealership, at this STEALERSHIP again. This refers only my most recent experience, I've had SEVERAL OTHERS, that were SIMILAR !!! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN !!!

What a POLITICALLY CORRECT response !!! AGAIN, NOTHING BUT LIES !!! EVERYTHING I STATED IN MY ORIGINAL STATEMENT IS 100% TRUE. FACT IS, SOLD MY WIFE’s DREAM CAR, TO SOMEONE ELSE, due to FAKE DISCOUNTS, RIDICULOUSLY LOW TRADE OFFERS, and TONS OF OTHER LIES, which I don’t have time or space to list. ALSO, DOES NOTHING ABOUT SALES PEOPLE CALLING CUSTOMERS “IDIOTS” When they test drive competitions SUV’s !!! WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STEALERSHIP AGAIN 😡😡😡

As Always, I’ve NEVER seen a Sales and Leasing Associate work so hard, to make sure I got another lease of EXACTLY the new Mercedes, another GLC300, SUV, as desired. I did not have a positive experience at Mercedes Benz of Wilkes Barre. In my experience, they were unethical, deceitful and deceptive. I will not be going back ever again.

Thank you so much Shane for helping me with my preowned car purchase. I am out of state buyer and Shane made the process so easy and explained everything to me on the phone and the car was exactly as he described it . I drove back home and I am so happy I made the right decision to come all the way from Michigan.
