Running scams and getting away with it...

This dealership is a scam. They will sell you a car, falsify documents, provide an inflated sales price and bad contact information to the finance company. They want you to default on the first payment so they can repossess the car and hope that you aren't able to obtain other funding to pay it off in full. They do all of this so they can repo and keep the car and your deposit. Stay Away from the dealership or they will scam you out of your money and out of a car!

WARNING

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mega. They sold me a vehicle that had too much oil in the vehicle. Upon driving home, the vehicle went into limp mode. Matt from Mega told me to go to a local mechanic right away. Their negligence resulted in a $1500.00 maintenance bill. I was told and my sales paperwork clearly stated that I had a one year powertrain warranty, but after nearly two weeks, Matt and the team at Mega kept saying they are looking into the problem. This was clearly a delay tactic to have me just go away. I have subsequently submitted complaints to the DMV, Better Business Bureau, USAA, Navy Fed, and I am taking them to Small Claims Court. Do not purchase from these people, they are negligent and do not back their contracts. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

SCAMMERS

Do not go to this dealership they do a lot of scams. I got my car on September 2nd I took the car back 3 days later because it was having problems... Matt said it has a warranty, what they DON'T TELL YOU IS, THE WARRANTY DON'T KICK IN UNTIL YOU DRIVE A 1000 miles.. they kept giving me to run around when I tried to see when the car was going to be ready so then they call me and said that the car was ready I can pick it up...So I ubered there $45 it cost me to get there when I got there nothing in the car had been fixed they left trash in the car they drove 500 miles on the car and nobody could explain to me why the car hadn't been fixed... Left the car on Empty ( USE MY FULL TANK OF GAS..Bad transmission, bad exhaust I had to pay to get that fixed out of my pocket by $500 the dash light was showing all-wheel drive need to be serviced the back axle need to be serviced three of the tires has slow leaks I have to replace those when.. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER EVERYTHING IT ONLY COVERS THINGS IN THE ENGINE AND THAT'S ONLY CERTAIN THINGS IN THE ENGINE... I tell you this is the worst dealership ever another friend bought a car from them the same day I did, they said they would give me a referral of $300 I never received that text the finance manager and the sales about all of this and never got a response

Don’t trust !!!

I was greeted by a gentleman who was extremely friendly. He told me I was lucky because they were running a promotion where I would get a free one year warranty with unlimited miles. He then proceeded to bring out the car that I inquired about. As my friend and I looked at the vehicle he noticed that the air bag light was flashing. The salesman then noted that they just got the vehicle and would fix everything. I told them I wanted to do a pre purchase inspection and he said and please do because that they would help him know what he needed to fix. He then said it’s no worries because they can fix anything and would give a warranty which the salesman said it’s illegal to give a warranty in the state of Virginia on a used car however he would be willing to do it as a good faith deal.

Do Not (attempt to) Buy From This Place

Came here after researching a car and making an appointment with the sales person. Neither where here and no one knows when they will arrive or where they are. The manager agreed to reimburse my Uber because I arrived with the expectation to leave in a purchase vehicle. She then refused to reimburse me after making me wait for a ride home. Don't come if if you are actually expecting to buy a car

No Integrity

Called the dealership because they had the vehicle I've been looking for for sometime now. Talked to the sales rep and told him I live 100+ miles away but I could be there in the morning. He agreed and we communicated via text of my process and he returned a message that he would move the vehicle off the sales line and put it out back. During the day as I was about to go on my insurance company website to insure the vehicle so I went to the dealership website to get the VIN and the car was gone. I called the dealership again and they took a while to get to the phone. I informed the rep of my dealing with his associate and he stated that the auto was in the process of being sold as we spoke. I read the reviews of this dealership but gave them the benefit of the doubt anyway but if others took the time to write these reviews then something must be to them. As I can see there is no integrity here. Spread the word.

It’s a used car dealer

I’ve bought multiple vehicles from frank even before it was mega, but the one sale that sticks out in my head was when I bought a Yukon Denali from him, I drove the truck for a week and the transmission went out, called frank up and he said get the car to him and he will either put a transmission in it or get me something else to drive, I told him I really liked the truck and to just put a transmission in it, it took about a month for him to do it but he give us a nice Honda to barrow while it was getting done and even found me a transmission with only 40k miles on it with paperwork and warranty, where I’m getting at is this is a USED car dealer and if you expect to find a perfect used car then go to a big name dealer, otherwise bring your mechanic with you or someone that knows cars if you don’t before you buy because %90 of all these negative ratings here are from people that buy a car and it brakes down over stuff they should of looked at before they even bought it or even things they should of noticed in the test drive.
