DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! PLEASE , I BEG OF YOU!

From top to bottom,Frank,Cobra,Tommy,matt, and any other made up Stafford Virginia Street name these White Collar xxxxx are using,Their all liars ,Do not trust anything they say!!! They will overcharge you for any of the vehicles on the lot! Every vehicle needs some sort of Repair. They Have inspection stickers by the drawer full and will assign it to any vehicle to get the sale ! If your looking to get Robbed ,look no further than Mega auto ,theyll sell you a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars in Repairs and then play ring around the rosey with your time , they do not have a mechanic! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Their so Disrespectful,will bully you if you allow them to. God looks out for children and fools and this establishment is filled with both!

Racism

Mega Auto Outlet LLC I never experienced racism to my face until I went to this car dealership the manager Frank stated to me in a heated argument about repairs to my truck. He stated that he was going to call the police and they do not like black people in Stafford Virginia. Wow!!!!!

Great

Was treated very well, amazing customer service, everything I asked was taken care of, car was washed and filled with gas, would come back again

MEGA BAD

They lie. They don't answer phones. They don't return calls. I'm still waiting for repairs to my vehicle, was supposed to be in the shop 3 days, let's just say I've made the first payment on the vehicle and it's still on their shop. Save yourself a headache, go someplace else. There are way too many other choices to have to deal with this crew.

RUN AWAY FAST

Found a truck we liked for a decent price and contacted them. Salesman was very friendly and sent us pictures, offered to deliver the truck to us and everything seemed great. He agreed to have the truck there the next day so local family could go look at it in person, test drive it and have their mechanic look over it to make sure it was legitimately a good deal. The day of, things changed. All of a sudden there are other people interested and can we put a refundable $500 deposit to hold the vehicle, which won’t be there until 530pm, much later than initially anticipated, and too late to ensure that our bank was willing to finance this particular vehicle. We agreed and were prepared to provide a credit card or send a wire transfer and were asked to send the funds via cashapp. GIANT red flag. Please do not buy a car from here. During the saga of figuring out how to secure the financing without having actually seen the vehicle and trying to determine why on earth they would request money via a payment app, I read some google reviews. 3.8 stars, over 200 reviews, so I started looking at the bad ones. They are all the same. Bait and switch, vehicles breaking down, verbal promises not being kept, last minute price changes, refusal to fix warranty eligible items, general unprofessional behavior and smoking pot and drinking during operating hours and even a couple instances of refusing to honor a promised warranty for one reason or another. Some of it could have been resolved by customers reading the fine print, but definitely some unethical stuff that I’m not willing to deal with. Just go somewhere else, there are dozens of dealers in the area that won’t pull this crap.

Avoid this dealership

Inquired about a used car that they had listed here. They were very attentive and called me back immediately. when I started asking detailed questions about the condition of the car, and wanting higher resolution photos before making the 3-hour drive to the dealership, they first promised me pictures, which they did not produce, and then ghosted me when I followed up. If they treat a potential customer like this, imagine how they'll treat you after you've given them your money.

Customer

Most unprofessional unethical selling poor qualities cars places ever. Horrible most unbelievable experience ever! Do not shop with them they are the worse. Stay away!

Wont bother to take underbody shots of a car

Tried calling just to get underbody shots of a vehicle before making the drive up. They notate that they WILL NOT take shots of the frame etc so that the buyer can be sure it is rust free etc. Why bother selling vehicles if you cannot perform basic steps for customers to sell your vehicles. I see why there are so many negative reviews. Calling yourself a "wholesaler" means nothing. You can take two seconds to provide pictures to a potential customer.

Mr Miller

This company did not deliver the car I was going to buy in the condition agreed on. They refused to give me why deposit back when I no longer wanted to buy the care because they lied. DO NOT purchase any thing from them! you will be taken advantage of

Liars and thieves!! DO NOT purchase from this dealer!! They are unethical and will lie to your face! Stole hard earned money from a kid trying to buy his first car!! We are in contact with the Attorney General’s office!!
