I’ve bought multiple vehicles from frank even before it was mega, but the one sale that sticks out in my head was when I bought a Yukon Denali from him, I drove the truck for a week and the transmission went out, called frank up and he said get the car to him and he will either put a transmission in it or get me something else to drive, I told him I really liked the truck and to just put a transmission in it, it took about a month for him to do it but he give us a nice Honda to barrow while it was getting done and even found me a transmission with only 40k miles on it with paperwork and warranty, where I’m getting at is this is a USED car dealer and if you expect to find a perfect used car then go to a big name dealer, otherwise bring your mechanic with you or someone that knows cars if you don’t before you buy because %90 of all these negative ratings here are from people that buy a car and it brakes down over stuff they should of looked at before they even bought it or even things they should of noticed in the test drive.

Don’t buy from this place stay away. Transmission on car blew after 3000 miles. Vehicle should not of passed inspection. BEWARE STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED AND LIED TO ABOUT THEIR BULLSHI* 1 YEAR WARRANTY GO AHEAD AND BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT

DON'T BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS PLACE TOTALLY CROOKS. They don't get cars inspected what do is put temporary Tags in front where inspection sticker goes. It's a law not to sell a car without being inspected. Remove the Tags if placed in window before purchasing if don't will end up with major car problems. Will promise in house repairs, and won't honor it. If anyone here has purchased a car from them contact motor vehicle dealers board they will get them. This place needs to be shut down before anyone else get ripped off.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy I had to put my truck in the shop the day after I bought it ….check engine light…Cadillac converter is messed up…my truck wouldn’t go in gear etc… this dealership is horrible …please don’t spend your money with them because u will be putting more money into it . They are get overs once they sell u a car that’s it . It’s out of there hands u will be xxxxed at the end

They have coworkers & family members give 5 stars. Bought from here got an absolute lemon. They prey on inexperience and lure you in with “inexpensive” prices knowing that suckers wont know an expensive fix when they see one. Avoid this dealer and go elsewhere.

Not even one star! Don't go there! I bought a 2015 Audi Q5 on my drive home the check engine light came on and there was a crack in the windshield, I didn't notice it as the day prior it was raining. They lied told me the car was detailed it wasn't detailed. They had my car for 5 days and told me that they had fixed everything and guess what they didn't! Tags from the DMV were only good for 30 days and not the year that I paid for so I have had to pay DMV twice. Stay away go elsewhere!

Bought a Mercedes s550 for 14,000 after leaving the dealership property, on highway back to balti.ore Maryland there was a loud bang under hood. Engine started to overheat on dash as I was pulling over I herd another loud bang. The car became hard to control and steer. After pulling over smoke started to come out of underneath the hood. I was told that a rubber belt broke and cracked an aluminum waterpump don't know how that could happen. Told dealer that I don't want the car and would like my money back, they told me that I couldn't have my money back. They are giving me the run around, I don't want a car that the motor overheated and blew a hose off. now they want to tow the car to my house. These people are crooks and I will be seeking legal action and would advise anyone else not to deal witb these people they will take advantage of you. Zach said he didn't have time to talk to me he said it was to early. Extremely disappointed.

This dealership is a SCAM. they will remove paperwork, promote warranty that means NOTHING. watch the small print. They will promise you things and remove it from the paperwork. BE CAREFUL!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

This is by far the worse dealership on the planet! They are liars and major con artists. I went to purchase a work van that was listed as $7999 and come to find out they switched the numbers in the contract to the financing company. They took my copy of the contract out of the paperwork. I am now responsible for paying double the amount($14,000) I wanted to pay. I spent $4500 in cash and they told me the vehicle passed VA inspection. I come home to Maryland and the van has failed inspection with $4000 with of work needed to the van. I can’t get my hard tags until it passes inspection and they told me they can give me more temp tags but the other ones are already expired. When you call they will keep you on hold and constantly tell you that Frank isn’t available and then they learn your number and won’t answer at all. Everything is a big joke to them and they are ripping people off left and right. They need to be shut down for good and they all need to be placed behind bars! Please I’m begging you all DO NOT GO HERE!!! Unless you have free money to give away. Shame on this dealership scamming innocent hard working people out of their money.

Criminals ,from the finance guy,frank ,title lady,,sold me a var of 7K ,,that needed 2k to pass inspection,after telling me it passed VA inspection,,,May Allah punish you people for earning haram income ,,,this haram income will trickle down to your generation for lie to me ,and being rude when customers are trying to explain things by cutting them of the phone ,,,
