I wish I could put a 5 star but once we were done with

I wish I could put a 5 star but once we were done with the purchase, it was downhill from there. Incorrect title which we ended up fixing on our own. Only 1 call to say bring the title back. Nobody followed up after to see if we did get it fixed. The app was a dumpster fire to install…no help on that (Lexus’ app is top tier). The car wash is not a benefit. It’s wet when you get it back so bring your own towel. I asked about vacuuming the back and they said yes but didn’t do it. We bought 2 cars at the same time. Never again. We will go out of town to another city to buy our next Mercedes.

The rating I gave was poor minus minus!

The rating I gave was poor minus minus! We’ve made several attempts to get hold of one of the servers advisors starting with an M. As of a week later, no phone call. Then, as of this morning, I left another message with the service manager, and as of 130 today still no return phone call. You would think trying to get help with your Mercedes that they would feel obligated to at least return a phone call to us concerning our vehicle. Then leaving a message with the service manager and no response leads me to believe what I have heard about Temecula Mercedes, that their service Area has poor quality and poor management! I heard this from a few people regarding this dealership. I called another Mercedes dealer. Their diagnostic fee is not only half the cost, but was very helpful. So to drive an hour away from where we live in Temecula is well worth it.

I thought this experience was going to be a lot

I thought this experience was going to be a lot different. The only person at this dealership at that time that was amazing was Felix in sales. I had a situation requiring senior level assistance and was shocked with the horrible response and lack of empathy for the situation. Truly am disappointed with MB of Temecula. Thank goodness my final outcome at Porsche of Irvine saved the day. Buyer beware.

This is our second purchase from MB of Temecula.

This is our second purchase from MB of Temecula. Each visit/experience was wonderful. They have an amazing selection of cars and some of the best sales people ever. We were lucky enough to be matched with Nolan Lopshire. He is the best and cannot say enough about his knowledge and professionalism, he made sure I was matched with my perfect car. Working alongside Nolan was Michael Taylor, Sales Manager who was magical at making the numbers work for our deal and walked us though each step so that we felt confident in the process. We were also able to meet the General Manager, Antony Chandler during our visit. I felt like a VIP throughout the entire process. We finished up in Finance with Peter Tran, who was wonderful and made the typically most tedious part of the process a breeze. We value our relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Temecula and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family, friends and frankly anyone who will listen. Also for those wondering, I bought a pre-owned GLB 250 and was treated as well as if I was purchasing a Maybach.

Service Advisor wasn’t on top of his duties

Service Advisor wasn’t on top of his duties. I visited the Temecula Mercedes Benz Service Department on 31 Aug 2023 at 3:00 PM for appointment to get Service B done on my 2018 MB, GLC 300. When I arrived, I was told my service advisor Mario is on break/lunch and the next guy next to him informed me what the service B need to be done. And I totally agreed, the guy told me that the service would be completed before 7:00 PM, (service department closed at 7:00 PM) so I decide to wait and stay at the lounge to kill time and wait for the service to be done. 6:50 PM came and he did not bother calling and texting me, after a long 4 hours waiting, I decide to go to front desk to ask the status of my vehicle, and nobody the knows and went to back to check the service department and everybody gone for the day, so, from that point nobody knows the status of my vehicle. Start worrying and walked to the sales department and around the parking lot and I saw my vehicle park. So, I informed the guy that my vehicle was park, and he start calling Mario (service advisor) asking what the vehicle status is, and call the service manager too, to inform regarding the vehicle park with unknown status, and the manager told the guy that I need to schedule the next day to pick up my car, I told them that I need to go to work and I need ride, and he then informed the service manager, after 30 minutes I received text messages to pay my bill online to expedite my check out to get my key back. here was no follow through with me as a customer. I was left to read invoice to see what was done and I was not presented with any results from any inspection (if one was performed) or what future service was required, they just want me to pay to get my key back. I'm not sure if this is standard practice for your service department but it should not be. Your service department need to communicate with the costumer and checking their work after they were done, and you would think that you would want to make the customer a little bit happier by saying “we will call you once your vehicle done”. Mercedes Benz would be much better, an upgrade in customer service and communication. I love my car. I don't love my local Mercedes service department. POOR COMMUNICATION, DROPPED THE BALL, POOR FOLLOW-UP, the whole time my vehicle was at the service department I never received a phone call back regarding the status. I didn't want to deal with poor service at Temecula Mercedes Benz anymore. This place is terrible they don’t want to serve their customers. Don’t recommend to anyone whatsoever!

Any of you out there who hears "car salesman" as a disparagement, should meet Nolan Lopshire. He will quickly disabuse you of that concept. Now, contrary to how this will read, I am not Nolan's mother, though, I imagine she might deserve some of the credit. He took the time, the care, and above all, was honest and responsive while showing us this perfect little convertible. If have the inclination to buy a car in Temecula, swing by MBoT and ask for Nolan and see for yourself. The guy is a great salesman while being a quality individual, who at the very least deserves a round of golf applause. Thanks again, Nolan.

They lie to get you to come in

These guys did a bid on buying my leased 2020 C300. They couldn't beat another dealer's offer, so they wanted me to take it to Temecula for them to see it (70 miles up from where I was) and I said No. So, I was on my way to sell this car to a dealer in LA and MB Temecula begged me to bring it by for them to see it and they would beat the other offer... I'm like, okay, but you better be able to beat it or match it then because bringing it to Temecula adds 2 HOURS onto my trip to this other dealer if you don't buy it... They said okay, they will beat it. I get there and they tried to pull the old "they could beat the other offer IF I BOUGHT A NEW MERCEDES!!" I'm like, man, I can't believe I fell for that one. Needless to say, over an hour later I was back on my way to the LA dealer after having told MB Temecula "thank you for wasting my time, my gas, and my mileage." I had to drive all the way up and around the mountains which added on 2 hours to my trip.) MB Temecula sucks y'all.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE LIED AND CHEATED ME

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND SCREWED OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND MADE A FOOL OF. Jackie lied and ripped me off for nearly 30,000. I was stood up twice by Alex and had to go to another dealership to get my car set up and taught the features. They stole my drivers license and will not return it. Unbelievable! They work together to con unsuspecting buyers and get away with it.
