Bodywork

Just got my 21 Insight back after having bodywork done. Hit & run in a parking lot. Looks like new again. Sean is wonderful to work with. Thanks for getting it done in just 2 days!

Friendly, Competent and Timely Service

I took my Passport to Rapids Honda for oil change and tire rotation. They were very friendly and helpful. I said I didn’t have a lot of time and I was assured they could finish on time. They not only completed the oil, tires, and the rear gear box fluid but took care of a recall on my mirrors and replaced a crankcase washer under warranty, all in time.

Once again, Rapids Honda did an outstanding job with my CR-V. The service department is tops of the 5 stars. Mikey Estrada was my service department contact today. He was pleasant, told me what was going to happen and the service was completed WAY BEFORE the expected time. Thanks to Mikey today, the Service Department, and Rapids Honda!

A great sales team and a fabulous service squad.

A great sales team and a fabulous service squad. The service department exceeded my expectations in all areas, including reception and early sign-in, providing a loaner vehicle, sharing updates during the waiting period, offering maintenance information about the vehicle, and patiently answering lots of questions. The parts department was equally meticulous in researching and providing information about the accessories I was interested in. All three departments deserve a 10/10.
