Sleezy used car salesmen lot - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If you get the short skinny creepy guy w/ transition lenses, RUN. They do a bunch of add ons, and waste about 30 min of your time during "negotiations" to convince you to buy their worthless, over priced add ons. After you say no, they get offended and start insulting you on a personal level, and I quote "I can see you are used to getting what you want, but you won't get that here" & "I'd rather be at home with my family then sitting here" & "I'd rather you shop at another dealership". My jaw was on the floor by the way they were speaking to a female client. Unfortunately for them, intimidation tactics do not work on me, and I walked out. They also inflate the starting price of the vehicle, and do not use the listed price for configuring taxes and fees. They are dishonest, and disgusting to interact with. They are unwilling to negotiate even after saying they will negotiate. Then they had the audacity to text me the next day saying "they want to work a deal that will get you the best and safest deal". Like, what? do they know how stupid they sound? Low IQs all around. I noticed in other reviews that they are not afraid to sell lemons either. 0/10 recommend this place. If they paid me to take a car off their lot, I wouldn't. That's how despicable this place is. Also, it is important to note that they are NOT Better Business Bureau accredited.

Jany Blanco was the perfect salesman for us - No Pressure, just friendly casual relaxed assistance as needed. Plenty of space to explore, but there when needed. We highly recommend NWAuto Hub in Mount Vernon. Ask for Jany or Anthony.

Was set to buy a car and gave an offer. Anthony became very pushy and started talking over me and would not answer if they would take my offer. I do sales for a living and to be nice, he sucks. Very fake, pushy, and untrained in sales. I want the car I found there but due to him talking over me and being very rude I will keep looking and buy elsewhere.

I told Paval I had a loan. He ran a credit check, tried to get me to go with there financial services. Not happy!

It was okay. Anthony was very pushy and rushing us to sign papers without fully explaining. We did get a good car though. We recommend for the vehicles not for the service.

They sold us a car that broke down the next day. They wouldn't help us. Told us to use our warranty. Jany and Pavel were our salespeople.

Pavel is an excellent salesman and the rest of the staff we met were great. Took care of my wife and I quickly this was the fastest car buying experience. Love the car. Will definitely by another vehicle from Northwest Autohub
