It was a great experience.
It was a great experience. The agent met me where I was at financially. I got the best deal I could get, more than I expected! This is my third car from Banner. I do recommend my friends and family to buy their cars because they are good quality and the only problem I have ever had with my car was someone keep hitting my car! ??! I love doing business with banner!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Prior to this year, the last time I brought my car to this dealership to be serviced was in 2022. Due to having 0 positive experiences, I swore I?d never go back. However, I felt forced to as my car started having the same problem they had fixed multiple times in the past (the shift to park error that doesn?t allow the car to turn off). I scheduled an appointment for 02/19/2025 for the shift to park error, tire sensor replacements, and a knocking noise coming from the rear passenger door. I notified the service advisor that my previous experiences had not been great and I will say that he remained communicative with me throughout the entire process, providing me with regular updates and I did not have to reach out first. I was pleased with this, as no communication had been a major problem in the past with this service department. The tire sensor replacements and shift to park were successfully repaired. I was informed that the knocking noise was being caused by the speaker in that door and that the speaker needed to be replaced. I paid $238.20 for the speaker replacement. The knocking noise resumed the evening I picked up the car. I brought my car in on 03/12/2025 and was then told that the issue was the radio, not the speaker, causing the knocking noise. They said the radio needed to be replaced for $717.96 but offered to take off $250. I told my service advisor multiple times that I did not believe the radio was the problem and declined the replacement. When I picked up my car on 03/14/2025, the radio was cutting out?an issue that had never happened before bringing it in. I returned on 03/17/2025, requesting the radio be repaired at no charge since their mechanics caused the problem, along with a refund of $238.20 for the unnecessary speaker replacement. Chevy refunded me and ?repaired? the radio at no cost. On 03/21/2025, the screen went black, and both the radio and blinkers stopped working. Let me be clear: there was never a problem with the radio or screen before this. This place cannot be trusted. They misdiagnose issues, charge for unnecessary repairs, and, even worse, create new problems with your car. I?ll be escalating this issue.

I can honestly say that this is the worst dealership for service that I have ever delt with in my entire life! They don't do the work required, don't return phone calls, and don't follow up! Once you purchase then you on your own and the nightmare begins,

Had my vehicle for 1 week!
Had my vehicle for 1 week! I was on hold for 30 mins. to check on my vehicle and had to call back. The Service Man did not call back or follow up. I kept telling him I had a rental and he was supposed to call on a Monday and didn?t. When I talked to him that Tuesday he said he called and couldn?t wait for them to answer because he had customers. Mind you my truck had been there for 6days by now. Do not go to these people!

Call me for details.
Call me for details. I will be adding to this post as the dilemma unfolds. 5044106000. DO NOT BUY any vehicle, Definitely to NOT trade you vehicle at this Matt Bowers Chevrolet location on Airline Hwy. I went to the dealership to purchase an Equinox RS Stock # 11984. When I got there they told me that the price on the website was incorrect, so they downgraded me to an LT model but charged me the same amount in financing, which included a 5,100 charge I did NOT Authorize to be added to the purchase order, as if I had purchased the RS model. I have documentation to back this up in detail and links to their listing before and after they made the corrections to the price online. I wasn't even trying to hold them to the incorrect pricing but simply put me in the car that I came there for. The blue equinox is on Matt Bowers Website. When I called Metairie, they said the price was wrong and that it would cost me 37,970 so Blake Woods suggested a LT with none of the options of the RS... Would he failed to mention was that by adding the additional 5178 to my total finance that brought me to the cost of the RS. He actually got the LT from Best Chevrolet instead of getting Stock #11984 which is the only reason per the attached screenshot is the only reason I was there in the first place. I'm Looking to Speak to Matt Bowers himself after this most Horrible experience. I left the dealership on 3/7/2025 around 6pm. I got home at 6:30pm and read over the documents carefully and returned to the dealership before 7pm the same day I made the purchase. They said they would resolve this on Monday, so just skip over Saturday.... I went in on Saturday to see if they had even contacted the other Matt Bowers location to let them know that I wanted the original RS at the corrected advertised price or to KILL the deal altogether and give me back my Gladiator. They would now reverse the deal neither just put me in the car I wanted at the price listed on the site. They had not made ONE PHONE call to the other dealership about the stock 11984. Hunter the finance manager told me that he had already mailed the documents that I had just signed 45 minutes earlier... I guess the Mail Man was just waiting for those documents after 6pm on a Friday. Hunter also told me in plain English that the interest rate I received was predicated upon the warranty that he added without any details at all. I do believe this is contrary to law to tie a warranty to qualification of a loan. I have purchase since June of last year.... a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, 2023 Jeep Gladiator Willys, Mazda CX-9, Mazda CX-30, 2022 Trailblazer RS, 2 Honda HRV's, and Now an UNWANTED Equinox LT. Blake Woods and team STOLE my jeep gladiator for $3000 under the 24,000-27,400 range. Offered 21,000. DO NOT DEAL WITH MATT BOWERS CHEVROLET OF METAIRIE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKE ADVANTAGE OF.
