Not a rating low enough to describe the absolute xxxx

Not a rating low enough to describe the absolute xxxx that we were put through here today. Matt Bowers needs to do better. Was made an offer on a vehicle and told that it was being delivered to the store and it would take about an hour. 8 hours later and we're informed that the vehicle that was promised was not actually available and they had a distention vehicle they could sell us for around the same price. Upon entering the store this morning at 10:30 we informed the salesman that we had been to a couple other dealerships and were shopping for the best deal on the car we wanted. They ran my credit, worked up the deal and I continued to ask to see the car before signing anything. I was told by John Lucas that this, "was just the way it was done." I had to sign for the vehicle first and then they would have it delivered to them. I signed the paperwork, i handed them a check after leaving to go get one and then was told it would be 45 minutes to get the vehicle to the store. After waiting for over an hour we were informed that the vehicle was not available because it was listed as New but has over 8k miles on it. That seemed a little strange but we asked them to locate another one that was the same. I was told that no other ones existed in the trim and color we wanted but we could go with a different one that was not even close to the one we had made the deal on. I wasted 8 hours of my time and the manager of the location, Hunter Landry, acted as if it was no big deal and basically told me, either deal with it or move on. It's not his fault nor his problem when it was he who located the original car and agreed to the deal. He said this to me while my wife was in tears because of three 8 hours at the dealership and the fact that they really didn't care at all about how she felt. This is classic bait and switch. I'm so disappointed in Matt Bowers and their entire team at this location. This should never have happened and they don't seem to care at all that it did. I will continue to let everyone know about their shady business practices and ensure that nobody that i know goes to any Matt Bowers dealerships. Which is a shame because I have a fleet of vehicles and some have come from his dealerships. DO BETTER MATT BOWERS!! Update!!! *** Contacted the General Manager, Jeff Elliott via text because he sent me to voicemail and will not return my call to discuss this disgusting experience. He texted back this morning and said, "I will call you this morning" it's now 3:35 P.M. and he has not called nor responded to my texts again. This is a sad excuse for a dealership. I've contacted GM, Chevrolet and the Louisiana State Attorney General's office to for formal complaints. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They put me in a horrible deal which is now why vehicle

They put me in a horrible deal which is now why vehicle has negative equity. I was preapproved through GM Financial before I even went to the dealership and they ended up financing me through a lender they must get a bigger kickback from.

Matt Bowers Chevrolet is the worst dealership I have ever

Matt Bowers Chevrolet is the worst dealership I have ever experienced. I stopped by to look at Traverse inventory and models on lot. What I encounterd was very pushy Salesman (3) and made me wait around for only another Salesman to harass me to purchase that day. Warning stay away from this dealership. I was not impressed and aggravated by the time I just walked out.

Our salesperson was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. Our finance manager was wonderful, answering all of our questions and he even answered a question after we were home with the car.

Horrible service department .

Horrible service department . Tire were rotated. They stripped my wheel bolt and lug nut. They did not tell me what happened . I happen to check all my jugs before I left. One lug was completely different and was not tight their efforts to repair what they broke were less then satisfactory. Will not ever be back !! And I’ve driven chevy’s my entire life
