I have been getting my service repairs done here at the

I have been getting my service repairs done here at the Airline Matt Nowers Service Department for the past three years, they have yet to disappoint me.. Their knowledgeability, and skills as well as their inviting and welcoming spirit keeps me coming back and o recommend this service station to anyone looking to have work done on their automobile.

Had an oil change done.

Had an oil change done...my experience was great...my service text was knowledgeable...I have no complaints. Have been coming to this service dept for years

Made me pay for a something they never check .

Made me pay for a something they never check . My fluids was low my brakes never were checked didn't fix right never goin here again never again

I am very disappointed in the work performed at Matt

I am very disappointed in the work performed at Matt Bowers of meterie their xxx mechanics failed in their analysis of my transmission that was bought from them they gave me many excuses but no resolve had to move my truck to Buick Chevrolet, Matt Bowers had my truck for more than two weeks only came up with lies a water hose with a pin hole in it cause my transmission to act up now Buick Chevy found 4 things wrong in two days transmission is under warranty I'm taking it back it still showing pcm code for transmission failure my service guy delshawn wasn't helpful, rude , unknowledgeable overall I'm highly disappointed in the company workers if this isn't fixed in turning it over to my attorney for resolve if a higher person sees this review in Patrick lebranch

It was a great experience.

It was a great experience. The agent met me where I was at financially. I got the best deal I could get, more than I expected! This is my third car from Banner. I do recommend my friends and family to buy their cars because they are good quality and the only problem I have ever had with my car was someone keep hitting my car! ??! I love doing business with banner!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Prior to this year, the last time I brought my car to this dealership to be serviced was in 2022. Due to having 0 positive experiences, I swore I?d never go back. However, I felt forced to as my car started having the same problem they had fixed multiple times in the past (the shift to park error that doesn?t allow the car to turn off). I scheduled an appointment for 02/19/2025 for the shift to park error, tire sensor replacements, and a knocking noise coming from the rear passenger door. I notified the service advisor that my previous experiences had not been great and I will say that he remained communicative with me throughout the entire process, providing me with regular updates and I did not have to reach out first. I was pleased with this, as no communication had been a major problem in the past with this service department. The tire sensor replacements and shift to park were successfully repaired. I was informed that the knocking noise was being caused by the speaker in that door and that the speaker needed to be replaced. I paid $238.20 for the speaker replacement. The knocking noise resumed the evening I picked up the car. I brought my car in on 03/12/2025 and was then told that the issue was the radio, not the speaker, causing the knocking noise. They said the radio needed to be replaced for $717.96 but offered to take off $250. I told my service advisor multiple times that I did not believe the radio was the problem and declined the replacement. When I picked up my car on 03/14/2025, the radio was cutting out?an issue that had never happened before bringing it in. I returned on 03/17/2025, requesting the radio be repaired at no charge since their mechanics caused the problem, along with a refund of $238.20 for the unnecessary speaker replacement. Chevy refunded me and ?repaired? the radio at no cost. On 03/21/2025, the screen went black, and both the radio and blinkers stopped working. Let me be clear: there was never a problem with the radio or screen before this. This place cannot be trusted. They misdiagnose issues, charge for unnecessary repairs, and, even worse, create new problems with your car. I?ll be escalating this issue.
