Very displeased with the woman manager. We purchased a 30,000 truck not even a month later it begin to act up. When I called she was nonchalant about the situation, we even purchased extended warranty that didn’t cover what had to be fixed. Jeep dealer told us the truck had been tampered with to keep the engine light off.

Anchor Auto Outlet lied of the features of the vehicle I bought from them. I found out after I received the vehicle in Maryland. The vehicle was on CarGurus page as a 2014 Volkswagen Touareg with features of panorama roof, backup camera and multiple front and back parking sensors. Non of these features were on this vehicle. I contacted them about this issue and they were avoiding me on the phone, making me wait for extended time each time I call them and ending up hanging the phone on me. I dealt with the General Manager of Anchor Auto Outlet directly, after the sales agent stopped answering my calls. Other than what I mentioned of the lies and poor customer service that I've received, the car runs good. The only thing, I paid $3000 more for features that were not on the car. Also, the car was delivered with only one key. I contacted them on that and they said that's why they sold it for that price I paid for it...another big turn off. If I'd known the car has only one key, I wouldn't have spent my money on this vehicle to start with. They really got me, because it's a out of state purchase. I have to drive close to 300 miles if I decide to return this vehicle. Also, they might want to refused it back, because they are very dishonest to begin with.

Worst dealer to buy anything, bought a car, after a week started the issues, after 3 months car just is not working, talked with the manager, they just said, "we don't take any responsability". lost my money.

Where do I start.... Tried to test drive a car.... And the car wouldn't start. Then the car I bought I basically sold to myself, the salesman was the worst. Took it too get looked over and both front tires were rotted, they needed to replace the radiator, back shocks leaking and the sunroof didn't work at all.. I even had an associate from Aamaco tell me how he stopped wanting to do business with them because they only wanted to half fix automobiles. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !!!
