I am an active military member, and my experience with Anchor Auto Outlet has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I paid CASH for my vehicle on November 11, 2026, and months later I still do not have my tag or my title. For months, this dealership repeatedly lied to me, claiming that the title and paperwork had already been mailed to my address. Every time I called, I got another excuse. They ignored my phone calls, ignored my voicemails, and refused to communicate honestly. Only about 3 weeks ago did they finally admit the truth — the title was apparently stuck somewhere in Colorado the entire time. It took me filing complaints with authorities in North Carolina before they finally started taking the situation seriously. Because of their negligence, they were forced to put me into a rental vehicle while they “fix” the problem. Now they are trying to make ME pay a $300 holding fee for the rental, even though this entire situation was caused by their mistakes and dishonesty. Absolutely unacceptable. No customer should have to chase down a dealership for months just to receive legal paperwork after paying in full. As a military member, I expected honesty, professionalism, and respect. Instead, I was treated with disrespect, ignored, lied to repeatedly, and taken advantage of because I tried to remain patient and reasonable. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business with Anchor Auto Outlet to think twice before trusting this dealership. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time.

I bought a 2019 Colorado from Alex and few weeks ago. She gave me the freedom to decide on purchase without any salesman pressure. Truck needs a little cosmetic work, but mileage and price was very suitable for me being on a retired income. Thanks Alex for everything. I will be sending people your way.

I spoke with a salesman in regards to a car that they had available for purchase. Ask the salesman in a couple of questions about the vehicle. He really had no answers. He said they don't have a shop, but when asked if he had driven it or notice anything about it, he said he didn't. I think a salesman. I should have took the opportunity to go out and say. What are your questions about the car? I'm standing next to it. It didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling from this guy definitely won't be interested in that purchase. I live in Florida and they're much further away from me than he thinks. Because he suggested that I come by and take a look at it. I did tell him where I'm from, and he said, maybe you could have a friend come by and look, poor salesmanship, I don't know how they sell anything.

Very poor customer service. Multiple emails were never responded to. I had to call to follow up an an offer I had made two weeks earlier. I spoke to the Sales manager and when I mentioned his customer service needed to be stepped up, I was told "I don't care, we have enough business". I would never consider buying from them.

Bought Audi TT at this place 3 yrs ago. Told twice it had 2 sets of keys. Signed papers. Then, Went back to Va and returned week later once car readied. When got back, told no second set of keys and they would not pay to get me another set of keys. flat out lies on this subject. Sad. Summer Mullins was Sales Manager then and owner I’m not sure. neither one of their words worth a .............

Not as forthcoming regarding the condition of the car before I purchased it. First bad experience ever on line. Wish I had never dealt with these people. Now I have problems with the title.
