Do NOT buy an electric car from Peltier KIA.

Do NOT buy an electric car from Peltier KIA. My EV6 came to a stop after 46,000 miles. It took over a month for a qualified mechanic to come down to Tyler to diagnose the problem. I then had to buy one of their $300 batteries because the brand new battery I had just installed was dead! That was over a month ago. I am still waiting for the replacement part to come in from South Korea. I've been having to rent a vehicle because they don't have a loaner available. Very poor communication with service representative.

My Service Professional Jason was so courteous,

My Service Professional Jason was so courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I bought my car a 2023 Rio at Peltier Kia March 2023 and it is a great car. It exceeds it's description. Everyone at Peltier is kind, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Peltier Kia from a forever customer!

Ocho was so helpful and patient as we looked through a few cars until we found THE car! His charismatic personality made car shopping fun when it has been so stressful in the past. He wasn’t pushy and listened to our concerns on monthly payments we wanted to stay under. I would definitely recommend Ocho to help you find your next ride!

The service was great.

The service was great. Nathaniel explained everything in detail and was very helpful throughout the process. It was going to take some time for the job to get finished, so he helped me out with a loaner until it was done. Peltier’s service department is ALWAYS top notch. I would and will recommend them to anyone.

Arod was able to go above and beyond to help meet my needs. He was compassionate, very professional, knowledgeable and had great problem solving and communication skills! I have used their vehicle service 3 times with mixed

I have used their vehicle service 3 times with mixed results. The first time they took care of a recall issue but a separate problem was not evaluated and corrected. A second time on another recall they broke a cover and said nothing about until I discovered it the next day. They replaced the cover after another trip back. The third time my vehicle was in with defective seatbelts and it sat for over a week because they forgot it was in for repair.
