I find the service department very helpful no matter whom

I find the service department very helpful no matter whom I deal with. The problem I had was with the sales department. I was basically ripped off and ended up buying a car that I really don't like. for the reason I probably will never buy another Kia.

Bought my 2nd Telluride this week- I’m so happy , Jarvis

Bought my 2nd Telluride this week- I’m so happy , Jarvis found my color combo I was looking for and was so wonderful in going over updates and some features I had forgotten- Jason handled all the paperwork exceptionally and they got a price for trade in very rapidly- all in all a fantastic experience - now to see how SERVICE DEPT handles their end - I didn’t go back to where I bought my first Kia due to their lack of customer focus at Rockwall Kia Service Dept.
