Purchased a excellent condition Pontiac Solstice from United Chevrolet in Jacksonville. It was an all around great experience from top to bottom. Both sales and service were incredibly helpful and kind through the entire process. By far the best car buying experience I've had. Will never do my business anywhere else!

Very easy to work with!

Great customer service, helped me get in and out with my ac issue in no time ! Everyone had great manners and it was a very professional atmosphere .

WOW!! What a screw job. Never go back. $300/hr.

Air conditioner quit one week after an oil change. Said leak in line. Part would be $400.00 and 4hr repair. Left car at 10:30 got a text at 12:35 it was ready. Part was $187.00 and labor was $600.

Feeling great about my new car!

I would like to thank Tesus. She was very professional, sweet, and answered all my questions. I was just looking at different cars and she helped me decide on what would be best for me. Little did I know today I bring home a new car, thank you, Tesus. Love my new car.

Will only buy from United

Most car dealerships are pushy and don’t seem to give you room to shop. I went to United in Jacksonville and I worked with Grant. He was patient, answered all my questions, and not once did I feel pressured or stressed. United has great employees a great service department and overall they are a fantastic dealership. United has my business for all future vehicle needs.

Super helpful and Caring

I had written a review on here previously about the miscommunication between me and the service and sales department. I honestly can say since then they have been nothing but honest and helpful with everything about my car. If I could go back and remove my review I would because you can’t base everything off of one issue. Highly recommend buying your vehicles from here (and buy from Grant) because they genuinely care about you even after the sale is finished.

Selling my truck outright working with Paige.

Paige was great to work with as I sold my Chevy Colorado. She was quick to get back to me when I had questions, and she was willing to work with me as my situation changed during the selling process.

Highly recommended going through united chevrolet

I went to united chevrolet friday april 29th being that it was my first time going through a dealership i expected it to be complicated or atleast be a bit confusing but in reality it was simple and easy. We were directed to Paige Drane a sales consultant through United Chevrolet she was extremely helpful and polite in all honesty a sweetheart. If anyone needs a vehicle i would highly recommend going to United Chevrolet for one and would also recommend asking for Paige Drane in my opinion

Purchase a new gmc acadia Saturday from Paige , this my second purchase from this dealership and was very pleased with the staff , I will be back.
