My sales rep was Valeriya.

My sales rep was Valeriya. She was very knowledgeable and a very warm person with a professional side as well. Had a great experience and purchased my first Subaru. No pressure whatsoever. Simply honest and upfront. I’m hoping the Forester serves me as well as my previous vehicle. We shall see!!

Great experience.

Great experience. Our sales lady was Valeriya. She was kind, professional and very knowledgable. If I was “Mr Subaru “ I’d make Valeriya my Vice President today!

I've had it up to here with these service people . Imagine my hand high above my head..thats how high i've had it. My checkbook is dry. $1k or more every time I go in and the xxxxxxxx in the service dept think its funny. I will show you funny.

The dealership got me in immediately, informed me of their fees, took my car in, fixed the problem (that someone else caused), charged me just the diagnostic fees, cleaned the car, and sent me on my way in 2 hours. I could not have scripted a better encounter! Highly recommend!!

This dealership really knows how to treat their customers

This dealership really knows how to treat their customers right. From the first phone call, to meeting the salesman , the test drive, and then the buying process, the folks who work there are all top-notch! We were very impressed, and loved the whole process. I would like to give a big shout-out to : Aaron W., Phil S., and Matthew Y. We purchased a used car off of the lot, and every one of these folks treated us like we were buying a new car !
