The sales and finance personnel were great.
The sales and finance personnel were great. The lounge area is very comfortable for waiting and they have a nice kids area. Only complaint is the “detailing’ of the vehicle. There were rings on the roof where drinks had been set and mud in the cargo area. That being said, I would do business there again.

The salesman was excellent, great knowledge, they went out of the way to locate me my car and found one a little more expensive--- no increase in the sell price. Clay did an excellent job of going over the car with me. Will definitely use Germain again

It started out well.
It started out well. We test drove a Forrester, but they really did not have the color we wanted. We went and test drove other similar vehicles. While we were gone the salesperson Aaron Woodburn sent us pictures of one that just came in. we went back but really didn't like it. So we looked at and test drove an Outback. We liked it and decided to buy it. So in the next few ours we waited and finally saw the finance manager Matt. It was now 8 PM. We had been there over 3 hours. Now their internet goes down and we can not complete the sale. I suggested a gift card for a dinner somewhere and they just laughed it off. They did let us take the Outback home as a demo. When we got in to leave it was dark. On the way home I could see that all of the inside windows had that haze they get. At home in our garage I could see that the roof had not been cleaned. The next morning I went out and took a closer look. There was still protective plastic on the drivers seat belt catch. The door and hatch sills were dirty. The car was not detailed. When Matt called to complete the sale I told him this and that I was not joking about the gift card. He said he would have to talk to Rich Montgomery. Well he calls back and says we can have the gift card if we give them a perfect review. I said no, it was not a perfect experience, in fact the worst I ever had. We decided to have our old vehicle returned to us.

Dave, again as we have discussed, I apologize that the power went out during your visit — obviously, this is out of our control. We made every effort to make things as easy as possible for you considering the circumstances, including letting you take the car that evening, offering to do a remote signing the following morning, and then driving the temp tags to you the next day. Once we heard that you were unhappy with the detail job on the car, we also offered to have that re-done and offered a gas card for the inconvenience. I apologize that the power outage led to a series of events that made this a less-than-ideal experience for you and that none of our recovery efforts were satisfactory. Hello again Dave. There was no bribe - we offered numerous things to try to rectify a situation that arose mostly due to something out of our control, the power failure, and the subpar detail. You mentioned wanting a gift card since you were here late after choosing to spend the whole day looking at numerous cars at numerous dealerships. We offered it if it meant we would have a satisfied customer. You stated that it wouldn't change things and asked for both your old car back and to cancel the deal. Thank you.
You left out that you bribed me with a $100 Texas Roadhouse gift card if I would give you a perfect review.

The service gentleman was really nice he even rode with me to see what was going on with my car my seatbelt sensor was going off . We could find the problem but a least he listen.
