Purchased from out of state. Very easy purchase and pick up. Excellent and very competent sales people. Brefore we drove off, Brody spent almost an hour explaining all the new electronics and features.

Excellent buying experience.

Valeriya met us as entered the showroom and guided us through the entire process. She and the sales manager answered all of our questions and never pressured to buy or lease. Valeriya gave us a detailed tour of all the buttons and features before we drove away - this really helped as there are a lot of features to learn about. My wife and I are very pleased with the overall experience.

They do not even deserve one star they are simply all about money took advantage of a single mother sold her a car that worked for 24 days! And now will not help her!! They are just pure evil. I’m mind blown how do you people sleep knowing you do things like this!!!!

Service department has no scruples when it comes to

Service department has no scruples when it comes to maximizing profits. Dropped off the my well maintained Subaru Impreza for a simple oil change. They recommended over $1,800 in additional services including over $500 for an oil level sensor. I learned it was completely fine. The oil light just needed to be reset. Heck, they didn’t even provide an oil change window decal. At this point I’m hoping they changed my oil. Needless to say, I will not be taking my vehicle to Germain Subaru again.
