No pressure, no problem

No pressure environment with Aaron being a trusted advisor and not just a salesperson. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great product being offered at reasonable prices.

I had an awesome buying experience! Nick, my sales associate was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Best experience I have ever had buying a car! No pressure at all. Nick made sure I got the car I wanted. I love my Crosstrek and am so happy I got it from Germain Subaru Highly recommend!

I have had really good experiences overall with Germain.

I have had really good experiences overall with Germain. I still take all my vehicles ( Ford, Honda and Subaru) to their dealerships and will continue to do so. I was slightly concerned though with a $200 labor bill on a 2016 Subaru with less than 100k. It was an oil change, rotation, filter and brake fluid service. I believe in pay for fair work but 200 seems a little INFLATED for the work done. I would hope that Germain considers their loyal customers when they come back to the dealerships they trust and rely on.

Great service and people.

Got in quickly. Warm and friendly people. Oil change. Filled tires. Washed my car and even cleaned the inside of my back window, which is not an easy task on a Legacy. Waiting area is clean with snacks and hot or cold beverages. Highly recommend this dealership over many others I have been to.

Great dealership with friendly people

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Germain Subaru. Masseck was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make the buying process as smooth as possible. Great communication. Very friendly. No pressure from anyone on the sales team.

Easy car shopping

Brody Roe made the purchase of my first Subaru easy. No high-pressure sales pitch, just available to answer any questions I had. At pick up of new vehicle, he did a great job of introducing me to the many digital features so that I wasn't totally lost when I left the dealership. Also, a shout out to Matt who efficiently handled the paperwork.
